Thank you very much Selina. You are always very kind. We have taken a little time to put new videos because we have new equipment and software and we do not control it very well. Andreea

What kind of tool are you using to split your prongs? It looks like an onglette graver maybe? Everyone does it a different way, usually their own learned & preferred way. So far I haven’t found a best method for myself. Each I’ve tried have had varying results and differences. My main focus is the easiest method to split the prongs, and what makes the strongest, sturdiest prongs.
Exquisite 👌..IAM really tryin hard to learn these pavé settings at the moment. any tips on where to bulk buy CZs.? You Tube had made u disappear from my feed for around 4 or 5 months since I saw your videos, but I made sure my bell is on for everything now 😉 hope u are well Coly ✌️
I'm curious! Do you listen to music while working? What do you listen to? Because it's a lot of repetitive work that requires you to be super extra careful and precise
Good note! I don't listen to music while working. The work is not as repetitive as it seems. Each jewel is unique and has its challenges. My workshop is in my shop and we serve clients too. The videos are edited and it seems that there are no interruptions but I work on several things at the same time without recording everything. Thanks for asking!
@@jewellerymadebyhand I love that! All your focus is on the jewels and I absolutely love the fact that people can see you work from the front window, I would just stop by and check what you're working on hahah! You're an amazing jewler 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 you're so humble and so creative!
It's a tool that I just bought and I still can not get a verdict. I am testing a bigger one, that still does not appear in the videos. I need a little time to check it out, and if I think it's a good tool, I'll do a video review. I am not yet decided but I will not recommend anything that is not good and that I have not checked in detail.
I have a water torch myself, they take some getting used too but I wouldn't go back. I adapted mine to bubble through naptha (lighter fluid or camping fuel) and it helps mellow the flame out, makes the flame larger and softer and lets me choose between oxidizing or reducing. Water torches that are run clean (no cooling solvent which is normally meths) are very oxidizing and that can be problematic when used for alloys. @@jewellerymadebyhand
Hello! Great work as always. What tool do you use to split your prongs? Is it just a filed down bur that you put in your pneumatic handpiece it is it something else? Also when you use a round bur for your seats for the melee stones do you use, say, a 2.0mm bur for a 2.0mm stone or do you prefer a 2.1mm bur for a 2.0mm stone? Great video!
Hi Wizard and Dan Lett. I asked about that tool some time ago, so I am happy Dan wants to know too and we look forward to the video. Seems as if the Fairy has got a new zoom toy.
This is my school, www.diamondsettingschool.com/ You can see photos some photos with my students. Many people do not want photos on the web, for different reasons. You can see that women are 33%, in the photos. They are actually 43%. 👏👏👏👍👍👍💪💪💪 The question is, how many people can do this, not how many women. You can do it but you think you can't do it. There are others who do not know how to do it and, even so, they do it, they do it in a bad way, but they do it.

Have you ever popped your finger with that laser beam? Bet that hurt!!
When the laser find your finger, it doesn't hurt instantly, but after a few moments there is a pain that only increases and you can't do anything.
