I looked at the data sheet. These are not available for v > 4.5. Anything like this that fires at 10.5V?
Why is it taking 1.36A?
It does not draw current, it is the limit of the adjusted power supply

наши микросхемы 1171СПХХ. только срабатывают в обратную сторону - на понижение напряжения. тоже широкий ряд напряжений
больше похоже что это overvoltage detector.
Использовать его при заряде батарей не очень удобно.
Detection led is working reveresed. When the voltage increases beyond 4.2, it should turn ON

It DOES NOT...Look at wattage....What you see is just the current SETTING

bu devre anlaşılır olsun diye böyle paylaşıldı ayrıca pcb baskılı devreler kanalda mevcut bu tür devreler zayıf akım olduğundan çok sorun çıkarmaz

Kendin tasarlayacaksan önce devre elemanlarının çalışma prensiplerini bilmen lazım. Mesela Devrede kullanacağın anahtarlama elemanı bjt'mi olacak fet veya mosfet mı olacak. Devre elemanlarının mesela bjt ise bce pinleri hangisi, mosfet ise DGS pinleri hangileri, yük olarak LED mı kullanacaksın,lamba mı veya röle mı? Bunlar hep önemli unsurlar. Eğer elektronik bilgin hiç yok ise önce internetten elektronik devreler ve uygulamalar kitabını bul ve indir. Devre elemenlarının anahtarlama,ayarlı direnç,zamanlama vs devrelerinde nasıl kullanıldığını öğren.

Жаль,что все эти микросхемы на маленькие напряжения! Почему бы не сделать их на 12.6 или 13.8 Вольт?!
Можно сделать самому на tl431 (или компараторе lm393) и мосфете...

@@talbotsolara290 mc33161, mc34161, К1230** максимально приближенные по функционалу микросхемы, работают до 40 вольт. Правда они двухканальные (можно использовать один канал и задать напряжение делителем).
