I will make a request again. Will you please give us layman some knowledge of the rigs you use. How do you tie them and how and why you use them. What is the difference between them.
Thanks for watching Jerome! We use pompano rigs made by two companies. Green get ‘m and The Sinker Guy, both of their websites are always linked in our descriptions to the videos. Along with other gear we use. When we call a rig by name, such as the Bruno Rig, that is the name given to the specific rig by the maker (in that case it’s made by The Sinker Guy). We use those 2 makers rigs specifically because we have caught the most fish with them after trying out many different manufacturers rigs. When we set up our rods, we use both makers and may switch out rigs if a particular one is getting hit more than others that day. If you hear us say a Julie rig, that means it’s a double or single drop pompano rig that I tied at home. I use the Sinker Guy’s method for tying rigs. He has a video on how to tie rigs at @thesinkerguy TH-cam channel. I buy most of my tying materials from The Sinker Guy and Green Get ‘M websites. Once in a while I’ll go to the craft store and pick out beads at random to use also. If you go to their websites you will see the different styles of rigs that are made. Hope you find this helpful.
