It's the feed that Wardi is getting for the WTL. The feed is inconsistent in the quality. Then you add on TH-cam doing it's own compression with some artifacts and you get the mixed quality video we see in this video.
Wardi is better with a co-caster to play off of. Still, Wardi is great with all the streams he does. Plus he sets up his own tourneys which isn't that easy to do.

Why are Wardi's streams always so low quality? The picture is fuzzy and the framerate is choppy when a battle happens, been like that forever too
