seriously i wish i was in there enjoying this dance together with them.....they make the dance look so enjoyable n happy.....n god bless their soul to be a better person when they are back out.....=D

Absolutely astonishing. They do this as well as, if not better than, most professional dance acts... as some guy said 'if they'd shown this much discipline in normal life they wouldn't be in there' or something similar. Good for them, though. They're awesome.
The Macarena is 15 years old?! Wow. I remember being a little older than 5 when the song came out. I guess cause it was around for way too long I remember it from later.

maybe these organized 'exercises' helps keep bad behavior in control !! have you thought of that. It's better venting thier anger and frustrations in physical activity than in gang fights etc.

i think its cool how they get all of them to dance togeather i think every prison or rehabilitation center should do activites like this.
