I know for me... I was stuck waiting longer to even order.
Then when I did get to the kiosk it took me 5 Minutes longer, 4 minutes of that was me removing all the extras that I misclicked on the screen when scrolling, when before I could just tell someone my order in about 1 minute maximum.
I used to love going to KFC, now... It's probably be faster and more rewarding to just make fried chicken at home.
