02:20 This is precisely a factor in favor of the RX 6600, since as shown by Hardware Unboxed and other majors, RDNA has lower CPU overhead which generates up to 30% less bottleneck with less capable CPUs. Of course, it is strong enough to suffer with the i7, but it is still a more interesting option, including with AFMF2 (Radeon Frame Generator) in any game.
Even with such an old CPU, I can't recommend anything less than a RTX 2060 Super or RTX 2070. DLSS upscaling will make a huge difference, and allow you to use higher quality settings than you would be able to with raw rendering on a GTX 1650/1660 card, and still get better performance. The 8gb of VRAM is considered entry level now. less than that is no longer acceptable, and the higher bandwith matters to reduce stutter. I would even go so far as to recommend a 3060 12gb, as that is in the same performance class as the first two that I mentioned, has better RT and tensor cores, and the 12gb of VRAM doesn't hurt, either. I would not reccomend the 3060 8gb or the 3050, though. They are just garbage. I'm toying with the idea of the 4060, as well, even though that will be badly bottlenecked, you then get DLSS 3 framegen, which has the potential to wake it up even more. They are too expensive right now for such an old machine, though. I would wait until they start hitting the used market for $125-$150.
I have the i7 3770 paired with a GTX 1080 for 1440p gaming on older titles like Witcher 3, Skyrim (modded), Horizon Zero Dawn, Metro Exodus and Prey to name few.... Avoiding newer titles for now till I pull the trigger for a new build as soon as GPU's prices makes more sense.

Yes, you can run Autodesk Fusion 360 on your system with an i7-3770 processor, 8GB RAM, and a 256GB SSD. However, the performance may be limited for larger or more complex projects. Autodesk recommends at least 8GB of RAM (16GB for better performance) and you need a dedicated GPU for smooth 3D rendering. Ans also your processor is too old so this may also create problems
