It should be noted that Scyther generally only gets Normal attacks, while Pinsir has access to Submission, which is still bad but can be useful (assuming it hits).
Other than that, don't be afraid to talk! You can still flair your voice without stressing over every syllable, hahaha! I had to listen in 1.25× speed, but that most likely will affect your watchtime. 😅

A good point that I probably should've mentioned about Scyther and Pinsir.
As for the talking, it's more that I grew up with a mild speech impediment and I usually don't flair my voice like this. So I'm slowing down out of nervousness and to make sure it's intelligible. I'll try to talk faster in the future. Thank you for the input!

@@theomniwildcard Oh, I apologise! I was unaware of that, and I feel very rude in hindsight! Please don't feel as if you're being pressured into change. I had assumed from the quality of your voice-over that you were putting care into the sound so you could have a distinct style to the detriment of speed.
If you still wish to speed up, may I suggest a metronome (or at least a metronome app) to help keep time? Public speaking was a large part of my prior job, and nerves would only be settled through practice and measure. Getting the pronunciation down, then repeating a sentence over and over until I could match a metronome helped me put together full speeches at times! Thank you for being so patient as to inform me, and I'll be listening out for you!

@@amberhernandez No need to apologize, I took no offense. I'll try practicing more prior to recording and see if that helps me pick up the pace. I appreciate all the input though!
To a degree, however, you are correct that I'm trying to give a distinct style to the way I was doing the voice-over. It's vastly different from how I usually talk though so it's going to take some practice to get the pacing right.

Is it necessary to speak so slowly and weirdly?
