I loved how she did not take herself and LIFE too seriously. We need to laugh and lighten up. RIP; I will miss her humor. Loved her.

Bryan i have to say the same thing. I have a picture printed of her literally glued on my door and it’s a picture of her that when i get sad mad angry or feel like shit i just look too and say in my head “thank you auntie joan i know-me too”, i love her still she is so funny!

The noise missing in my life is the sound of joans voice.Always outrageous but also always smart, joan's unique shtick was the thinking persons comedy, edgy & relentlessly silly, but never unwelcomed because joan's humor was a critique that both mocked & envied the brainlessness of society & our times.....

The mention of God makes most get into a frenzy. Why? They following desire over truth and feel shame & guilty for disobeying God.
This was her last View appearance in 2014 a few months before her death. She was the only commediane that really made me laugh, real and genuine to the end. I miss her and dont think anyone out there is or will be as good as her. I really miss her brand of humor. RIP Joan
