Hi, I seem to be having a problem with automatic selection. When I press it, it does not turn my selections black- rather it paints the colour that’s in the colour selection. Any tips? Your video is really great

Ill just give you this quick tip instead : put your text layer under the gradient layer, then select the gradient layer and make it a clipping mask.

Instead put text below, make colored layer clipping mask much less steps and easier to change the text too

This took way too long. Once you had the gradient color on one layer & the text on another simply press alpha lock & presto. Same result!
