Hello Sir, I just paused the video when I heard you say that endorphins and dopamine can do things like help lower your blood pressure AND relieve stress. I got to thinking: What IS 'Stress'? Isn't it a combination of symptoms like blood pressure, lowered breathing, etc? I'd love to see a video where you describe "stress" ;D

a newborn can laugh inside 24-48 hours of birth. i don't say that as if it is some sort of study, i say this from experience, i have held a newborn who chuckled at something that his father was doing to get his attention.

After extensively searching the "web" and the local library I couldn't find one joke from Islam. More insightful than funny I suppose ... but it makes me laugh.

I was a weird child I remember being at primary school and fail to understand why my peers laughed so much and so hard to pretty much anything, their constant state of cheerfulness was slightly irritating, but guess I was a bit slow on that too, as I've become to understand that latter as the idiotic current version of me.
