As he was trying to tell them, they are racing after a prize that does not exist, while ignoring the true gifts they already have!

The way he’s open, about who he is his struggles and weight have helped me become more comfortable with myself and helped me make good strides in my own weight loss, I’m down 30 lbs now, and his open and honesty was very encouraging
