AIR BERLIN FOREVER with ATC | Last Air Berlin flight arriving at Berlin-Tegel

On 27th October 2017 at 23:46, the last commercial Air Berlin Flight landed in Berlin-Tegel.
That night didn't just end the operations of an airline; it ended a whole chapter of German aviation history.
I had just three flights with Air Berlin but I can say surely that it was one of the most beautiful airlines. Air Berlin was an airline which touched me personally. "airberlin. Your airline." was not just a slogan...
Air Berlin and Berlin Airport perfomed an outstanding farewell ceremony with a double water cannon salute!
The atmosphere was incredible, especially with all those colours and sounds. Simultaneously I felt really sad while filming because I knew, this was the end of the road.

Fun Fact: There were about 1600 people on the observation deck and many many more at other positions!
