Good review and nice bike. I think the slow rolling you're talking about may be because of those giant 27.5 X 4.5 inch tires. That's a huge amount of weight compared to the traditional 26X4. 0 fat bike tires which are much quicker handling and easier to pedal yet still provide, quicker handling , outstanding rollover capability, traction and sidewall flex for bump absorption. The 27.5 in setup can be as much as 17 oz heavier per wheel than an average 26.0 setup. I don't care what advantages and hype the bike companies are telling us that 27.5 has over 26, we still have to provide the power and that's a huge amount of weight to push. As a full-time, all season fat bike cross country rider I can tell you if you want to move fast, corner quickly and go on long rides, the 26X4.0 is your best setup. It's interesting how the bike industry has sold us on the notion that the 26X4.0 fat bike wheel needed more rollover capability yet that tire has a similar diameter to a midsize 29er mountain bike wheel which is considered the industry standard for traction and performance. Thanks for a nice comprehensive review, looking forward to watching some of your other videos.

@@goodluckchrisclark oh yes i had to wait. ordered september with deposit and took delivery march 7... i ordered through bike shop here thats an authorized dealer for Norco. I had my name down for a few different bikes in different stores and they all seemed to get their shippments around the same time

I bought one of these. There has been a ton of snow here and this is my first fat bike. There is a lot to learn. It has been a lot of fun but it is also quite a workout.

So in a Zombie Apocalypse this is the bike to have?. Lol. Seems like a perfect bike for sandy trail or muddy hiking. Then again some of the prices for bikes nowadays you can buy something with a motor on it. Thank's for the info bro.

Hi mate, cannot find the geo numbers online. Would love to know the head tube and seat tube angles, as well as reach, if you have them?

Loooove these! Never owned a fatty but they are just such a tank. Very tempted to order one but I only ride dry trails in Australia. Not sure if it's suitable. Mate do you know if they're bringing out a 2022 fluid fs or is it just remaining exactly the same as the 2021?

Looks like they are changing it but only frame style and color, we aren't getting any this year. As for the fattie definitely overkill on the dry trails but still cool and not too much slower

test ride one if you're curious - they are not just for snow and sand - depends on your priorities - go anywhere fun and comfort, or speed, huge distances and suspension oriented trails and tricks?

The reason why bicycle brands advertising online need video or a 360 degree view of models. The actual color of Bigfoot 2, is very different from the Norco website. Same for many other bike brands. Thumbs-up for the lock-on grips. Any bike over $300, should be equipped with lock-on. Don't understand the cheap reasoning of companies not to install a $10 pair of lock-on grips.

Still wondering if the trek farley 5 is a better option. Having said that, would you prefer a farley 5 to the norco bigfoot 2 and why?
