Hello when printing my bank statement the teller made a mistake of printing 3 month and I didn’t noticed before submitting my application. Would the visa be rejected based on that or I will contacted to provide an updated statement
Hi, they may not contact you. To avoid a refusal based of insufficient funds, draw a Web form and submit a correct bank statement. You can watch YT videos to learn how you can do it or check the IRCC website, I'm not familiar on how it's done. I wish you all the best!

Hi, yes he can sponsor you but I don't know the kind of bank statement you'd provide, just check IRCC website cos they explained everything in detail there.

Also, after using my sponsor's 4 month bank statement to proof and submit my application and my sponsor wants to spend from the money before my study permit approval, can he spend, will it have any negative effect?

You only need to show your first year tuition and your first year living expenses.
I think it'd have a negative effect. It's better to leave the money in the account until you're approved.
One of my friends told me you have to show an updated POF at point of entry to Canada.

Yeah it's another way to prove funds too. I personally don't know anyone that has used GIC but it's an amazing way to prove funds.
Can I get the affidavit of disclosure in court or can I have a template for that.
I only know of an affidavit of a gift deed.

Yes you can get it in court. I got mine from the High Court.

Hello, I used a 6 month bank statement.
Please was it a mandatory to pay all your fees before leaving for Canada after paying your tuition deposit of 1000cad?
Yeah it was for me cos my classes had already started before I left Nigeria.

Pls my question is, my husband is my sponsor and the money he wants to use to sponsor me, he moved it from the local currency account to the dollar account and the account is a joint acount for two of us. And the local account has been having huge amount deposited in it. So do I need to hightlight it in my SOP that the money was moved from local currency account to the dollar account?
Hi Ihuoma, I’m glad you found the video helpful. Yes you can state that in your SOP, it’s a good move because Naija depreciates really quick and dollars is more stable. Just make sure to outline your reason and also submit all necessary documents.

Hello Chidinma, I'm so sorry about the refusal. Yes you can reapply but make you address the reason your refusal in this second application. If you think you may not meet up, you can go ahead and differ your admission to the next intake. I wish you all the best.

What of if you collect loan how do you explain?
I'm not sure how you can prove it, I don't know anyone that has taken loan before for POF but if I get an answer to this, I'd definitely come back and give you a reply on it.

Yes they can but you need to provide a very strong reason why the person is sponsoring you and not your parents, if this person have contributed to your education in the past, mention it in your SOP and if you have proof that they have, provide it to validate your point further.

Hi Maryam, you can provide your baptismal certificate to show that he's your God father and if he's contributed to your education in the past, also mention it in your SOP
