The adjusted dmg of s4 is just awful, them fixing infinite turns makes it even more pointless, i dont even think sige would be op if s4 did the same dmg as before, all the samus are frail af and provide next to no utility, lds are literally just raw aoe dmg, so its not like they would instantly outclass all the nat 5 options who have additional effects like pung anti revive or baels ease of use rune wise

Used to use tosi in some cleaves because he countered some meta stuff nicely but had to derune and storage after nerf to the s4 damage :(. Doesn't counter halphas anymore and doesn't avoid getting counter stunned anymore so just became kinda mediocre for me.
