Spring 2024: Spanish Tortilla Cooking Classes

Join us on a culinary adventure where our students experienced the art of cooking a Spanish Tortilla firsthand. They immersed themselves in the rich flavors and traditions of Spanish cuisine. With hands-on guidance, each student learned the secrets behind creating the perfect Tortilla Española, from slicing potatoes to whisking eggs. Not only did they savor the delicious results, but they also took home cherished recipes and newfound culinary skills, ready to recreate the magic of Spain in their own kitchens.
