    When assigning numbers, how do you know it's white and red and not red and white? How do you know what colors to assign what numbers?

      +gapipkin Great question! The 15 cones of thread occupy numbered spaces. What you're doing is telling the machine to match "this color" on the design to a particular spool # on the machine itself. So if your red thread is on spool or position #10, and the white is on #15, you just assign the corresponding colors on the design to those spools.

    I always get a Y Error message. My logo is small enough. Any suggestions?

      @@ColDesiColman I spoke with someone over the phone and really didn’t give me much information, seemed like he was trying to get off the phone. Then he sent me a form to pay 1500 FOR PHONE SUPPORT?

      @@edo_mann1409 Sorry about that Edo - it sounds like you didn't purchase from us so you WOULD need a service contract to get that help. Otherwise, you could try some of the FB groups...

      @@ColDesiColman totally get what you’re saying, but for god sake 1,500 dollars for over the PHONE support! At least some type of reasonable price on that, or (Hi, thanks for picking our machine out of many, here’s a quick rundown on how to run it). Total joke!

      Hey Duce - you cannot convert to a touch screen. You'd have to get one of the new machines
