That was a very comprehensive video. Thank you for that. 😃🙏🏾 found a few things that I could definitely incorporate in my closet. Over the last 4 years or so, Blissclub leggings have taken over my entire workout wardrobe and still going strong, Marks & Spencer (and a couple from Zivame) for sports bras, Tego and Blissclub for socks, Li Ning/ Yonex for badminton shoes and wristbands. I recently tried the performance hipster from Tego which i found extremely comfortable. No panty line and it stretches just right to fit. Unfortunately, they have just two colours in it. Look forward to more content from you Manmeet. As always, helpful, informative and interesting.

My legs are very skinny, though my daughters and their friends say, they would love to have my kind of legs. But I am very conscious, so I wear joggers for walking, running, strength training airport etc. after watching, I’m planning to now get couple of Nike leggings. I loved your video . Do share what can we steal from men’s clothing to get a good deal on it cz it’s always seen that women clothes are expensive side than men in all sorts of brands or logos 👍so that would be fashion hack for savings on million bucks 😉 may be it’s marketing bias or tricks of manufacturer as women need more than she does use 😊
