I would rather this kind of history Hunter being taught at school then what I learned nothing is better than evidence and videos ANOTHER AMAZING EPISODE FROM HISTORY HUNTER
That's just amazing. Finding parts from an air crash that happened over 75 years ago, in all that undergrowth. Amazing stuff. If Eagle Eyes can find that, maybe it's time he went looking for the "Hidden Nazi Gold Train" that people keep going on about :) Well done to both of you, trekking up and down those hills, through all those trees and bushes, and to just find the crash site, just like that. That is really, really, great work. Can't wait for the next video. Cheers, my friends, Stay Safe and Well!
What a great video in such an untraveled place. Hopefully you were able to find and salvage some wonderful pieces of history. Wonderful job EE and HH. Love the “technique on a stick”!
Stuff from that time period WWII aircraft and military vehicles and cars etc .. the way things were made back then is kind of a lost art these days.. love your content as always.. the fact you do it with your kids is awesome!!
This is so exciting and great in many ways! Unbelievable Discovery and lasting memories for you and eagle eyes and all the veiwers! I can not wait to see more!
Aaaaargh! Another cliffhanger! You're killing me here!!! Very nice explore, Team HH! I'm not surprised that Eagle Eyes made a great discovery, he is phenomenal!💖
That was a great video it’s hard to believe you actually found parts of that plane after so many years but that’s reason I call you the history hunter keep up the good work stay safe
I found this quiet moving. A few miles from my home was RAF Boyndie, a coastal command air base that mainly flew Mosquitos against German shipping in the Norwegian Fjords. A number of crashes happend on site, we found some similar bits in the grounds of the base. They somehow now represent the lifes so tragically cut short. Really interesting videos, I'll keep watching.
Pin pointer on a stick, absolutely brilliant that!! thank you as I’m old as and my spine is shot too. Thank you massively for this Sir, gaffer tape to the ready. Stunning finds and Eagle Eyes is an absolute legend.
Great finds, looks like there is plenty more for you to explore as well. Will be interesting to find what else is out there. Thanks for taking us along.
Thank you for adventure and seeing some amazing finds ! Take care , stay safe and healthy with whatever you , Eagle Eyes and Bunker Buster Girl maybe doing next ! Doing well here in Kansas . Looking forward to the next episode !
If ..... the aircraft was a Mosquito ..... there won't be much of the fuselage or wings left as it was made of wood .... "The Wooden Wonder" ...... Disintegration, fire, ravage of time .... you'll just find the broken metal components. Keep it up 😊
Hi, WWII History Hunter and Eagle Eyes, (interrupted at 8:20) I'm sure you're aware that that the DeHaviland Mosquito was made primarily of wood, so the only remains you will likely find are the engines, propellers, landing gear and possibly some instruments. Thanks for sharing, have a Happy New Year and stay safe.
An amazing video as always !!! Happy new year to you and your family, WW2HistoryHunter.. May you get many more "Holy Madonna !" discoveries in 2021 !!! Stay safe and happy exploring !!!
Hello friend. I'm glad the sun and warmth is finally out for you guys. Another Beautiful place. As always can't wait to see more. Happy New year to you and your family.
Full credit for your research and improvising with the tools you had, top marks! What a great adventure and a great if some what sad find, but they are once again remembered, well done for what you do. All the best for 2021! 👍
Really nice. All the best for a better year to come, in good health and happiness. Wish you that the coming year will give you more chances to to bring more evidences from past !
That was a great idea to put the pinpointers on sticks, and EE finding the first piece of the airplane. Can't wait for part 2 of this site. Thanks for sharing. Hope all is well and Happy New Year to all.
Great adventure! Never leave home with our a pin pointer 😃! Happy New Year with lots of health and many more adventure with lots of Holly Madonna moments!
I really like these crash site video's, It's a great tribute and also a possibility of locating and identifying missing soldiers. Great job guy's!! On to the next!!
Great video as always. It would be great if you could identify the aircraft by serial numbers on parts, just imagine if you could trace it back and find out with help from our RAF who the pilots were? Wouldn't it be great to find the family of the pilots.
Hello History Hunter A very good find and eagle eye has much to do with it Very good i am looking forward to see more of this side Best wishes Yours Frank
Great explore again, amazing to find those items. My the way the German helmet you very kindly sent me arrived on Christmas Eve, perfect timing. Thank you again. Stay safe to you, EE and BBG. Happy New Year to you and all your subscribers.
Wow that was what i was hoping for and good was that Jez. Thank you so incredible much Jez for your fantastic support and we wish you a great new year :)
As I've already said before, I truly believe that both your children are your Good Luck Charms when you after one of you passion finds Aircraft... thank you again Sir...
De Haviland Mosquito's wings and fuselage were made of laminated plywood so thin section aluminium sheet was probably not from the fuselage. Great work unearthing this for us to see - thanks :D
What a great day with some super finds, well done & thanks guys. Looking forward very much to the next video! Hey, I spent hundreds of Euro's on a metal detector & who knew you only need a pinpointer on a stick....a "technic stick" is the way to go haha. Thanks again & all the best to you, Eagle Eyes & the family. Have a happy & safe new year 🙂
Another great find. After 70 years I would not expect a lot to be above ground, even less if it burned. If it was a DH.98 Mosquito then you won't find big sections since it was a wooden aircraft. Well done so far and waiting now for the big unveiling. Stay safe and great work. Oh maybe now you will always carry a backpack shovel.
WOW YOU GUYS are great in finding these sites gifts and talents put to work. Great to see you go native across the land scape and make these funds. I wonder if the aluminum body was hauled off after the war by scavengers?? One would expect to see bigger pices of a plain, then again I guess a fast shot down may have scaddered parts everywhere.
yeah i would have loved to have learned this history as well. this sort of history should never be forgotten, we should always remember the sacrifices they all made in the fight to protect there countries.
I'm almost certain that the rod artefact that you found, connects the control column and rudder pedals to the movable surfaces (ailerons, rudder, flaps and elevator)
Sometimes the stupid ideas are the best. Technique on a stick and digging with your hands... At least you found your gloves 😂 Excellent ❤️ Looking forward to watching the video of when you returned there 😁
Mr Surber. It’s a grey area this ‘technique’ly metal detecting, but do NOT try this yourself without permission. I reckon YOU could be in trouble. This would constitute ‘Technique’ ly detecting with a Garrett. I’m not a lawyer, but I can see your defence crumbling under cross examination. 🤣
Great video and a subject which is of interest to the Buzzard Exploration crew. The DH Mosquito ( if this site is this type of aircraft) was as many have said constructed of wooden fuselage & wings. The two Merlin engines, the undercarriage and many of the other components such as flight controls, armour, engine nacelles would be metal, either cast steel or aluminium. Each individual metal part will bear a manufacturers stamp and a type/serial stamp. In the case of the Mosquito the part numbers would start with 98. I spent 10 years helping to restore a Mosquito NF11. The aircraft is at the East Kirkby Museum in the U.K. They also have a Lancaster. If we can help with identifying anything please get in touch 👍 Happy hunting 🦅👀
Wow that's wonderful!!!! I'm very sorry that I haven't put out a video. I have been very sick. I don't want to go on video like this. The hard part is over and I was able to keep both kidneys. The doctors were going to put me on the transplant list. No matter what I'm keeping a smile on my face and moving on very slowly. I love your video. Eagle Eyes showed dad up again. You better watch out. He is going to find the golden goose before you. I look forward to seeing your next video.
