Cutting caffeine out of my diet was super difficult but also super calming. It was ramping up my already anxious mind. Meditation has been my favorite thing now. I like the workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels for mindfulness meditation.

I also cut the heavy caffeine intake and felt a lot more calm. I reduced it to zero for about 3-4 months. Now I have no more than one a day, but I do not feel like I need it everyday. In other words, I don't feel like I am addicted and that I must have it to get going. I take it as I feel it improves/boosts my energy and focus for a good chunk of the day. But, I am VERY conscious that it has been highly addictive for me and heightens anxiety. In short, I'm handling it with care😅

Reality is not same as wishing, dreaming or denying the environment. I expect reality more than disappointments to frustrations. Breathing in out the best escape

I have anxiety. Mine is from growing up I. Violence and in chaotic family. It didn’t helps I used to have panick attacks. I also have panick attacks now too. I moved to a new state and I hate it here. So I am trying to move back home so I can figure out my life. Being at a place where I don’t feel well has made me more sick.

Make a list of the feelings you feel in s week.
Group them in two groups next to each other, one good feelings as well as the negative feelings.
Look at both sides of your list. Identify the ones that are similar. After this look at the good side and circle the ones you want to feel more in a week.
Keep this list and refer to it through your week when you need help. I hope this will help you have more good days than bad.
Rinse and repeat everyday. I would caution you if you move back home your family may reenter into your daily routine making your mental health journey tougher.

I need something for stress and anger. My temper and stress levels seem to have changed a lot over the past 2-3 years where I get angry and stressed so so easily...

Those that are deficient of sunlight of all frequencies , red light all the way through ultraviolet . Definite better for getting vitaminD and all the other bit that come with the sunlight ,or even the sun bed light which is better than nothing. It affect the other hormones for feelings and happiness. Lack of the sunlight or UV light makes us deficient, and the doom and gloom drop around our spirit.

Having caffeine two times a day is a definite cause for stress/anxious thoughts.I’m thinking, maybe we shouldn’t even have any, which would be very hard for most people😇

Switch to decaffeinated coffee. 😊. Might be a good idea to wean off caffeine gradually because it could cause more anxiety to go cold turkey.

Weed is great but its not going to help your anxiety in any way. It distracts you, yes.
