Great tutorial! Can you explain the usage cost in more detail? Is it only per agent created? A daily cost? Or everytime someone makes a query on the ai agent?😅
Hi, If you are talking about OpenAI usage costs then they work of token usage. Having better performing models and things like KB's and Tools attached to your Agent will result in more tokens being used per request, and therefor higher usage costs.
Amazing, thank you! Have you looked into using tools in relevance to call the in-built relevance vector database to work with unstructured data such as meeting notes etc?
Ngl you look a mad scientist in your thumbnail. The look is kinda crazy but also lowkey kinda bada** at the same time. Hope you getting good sleep can tell you putting a lot of work in
You can put data on VoiceFlow and built a chatbot on it. He has 3hours long video building 3 bots on VoiceFlow but as I saw it is outdated and VoiceFlow changed a lot in one year. So if you know VoiceFlow so good continue to do it there.
@@FinanceExperienceFree thanks man, yh i watched the 3 hrs vid, i’m still getting in voice flow tho, are u saying this is a similar + simpler way to do it?
@@ao-vm8wt idk I am stuck on VoiceFlow. If we csn get in contact on instagram just so we can work together trought this. I didn't watch this video yet. I will do it in the morning.
This is a good question, I think the main difference people would use something like Supabase or Airtable is because the data can be dynamic. So you can have a database that is constantly being updated (e.g users being added to a waitlist.) And then have a way to query this data in realtime. Using a file based KB like Voiceflow's the data is static.
Hey, I have a question. What’s the difference between using AirTable and Supabase? Are there any benefits, or is it just for the simplicity of the video?
Supabase is more developer focussed and offers a database and other backend solutions whereas AirTable is primarily a low code/no code database solution. The reason Supabase was used here was because AirTable’s more low code, formula-based API can actually make things more complicated with complex queries/filters due to the lack of control you get from simple APIs like that. Supabase is developer oriented and allows for more control, which actually makes it easier in this case. TLDR: If you really need to use AirTable then that’s still possible, it’s just gonna require a lot more work due to the lack of control the low code oriented API allows for.
@@Ibrahim-AIAutomation Hey man, I appreciate the answer, I got it now. By the way, it seems like you have experience in that field. Could you tell me when I should use Airtable or Supabase?
@@sebastianzapata4407 You should use AirTable when the data that you are storing doesn’t have any complex relationships between other pieces of data and the tables are going to be searched through with complex queries. In other cases, it’s best to use something Supabase as it gives you more flexibility and control.
@@bush3786 if you know how to adapt it to use the APIs for that database then it should work for any database within the limits of the its functionality.

Why do you use supabase and agentive instead of using Relevance for everything? It has knowledge base and ability to make a chat/agent, whats the benefit of using the other tools?
No deployment options on Relevance, only good for internal use agents or you have to setup your own custom deployment via API. Also Agentive is built on the Assistants API, much better agent platform than custom platforms like Relevances
Makes a lot of sense. Whats the benefit of Agentive vs deploying Relevance tools inside Custom GPTs? (PS not tryna grill you just tryna understand the main benefits. It looks super interesting)

I have just created an IA Agent yesterday that does this.
A RAG AI agent. Very helpful system
This was super helpful tutorial, and I was able to have the demo up and running under 30 minutes! Thank you!

Use 0.75x speed if you can't catch up

Use the Agentive KB instead. Faster and better. It’s using OpenAIs KB which is best in class
And you built that on GPT 4o so it's like $.000004 per token. Nice!
Watched the whole video, but; due to proprietary information, is there a variation I can do, to use our inhouse DB (offline from the internet) ?

What about inventing? Does Ki also invent with databases?
Could you do this with an OpenAI CustomGPT instead of using Relevance AI?
Yes, you could also do this entirely inside Agentive as well, and use a custom Tool to query your DB.
May the Almighty bless your socks off ✨
Thanks bruh

Yes Agentive has its own KB which is built on top of OpenAI's KB.
