Good stuff bro. Agree with above. For example, we've decided to niche down to Chatbots, and it seems like pretty much any business needs it replacing the old crappy chatbots with hardcoded flow. There are few ways to make it way more efficient with AI nowadays.

One of my biggest set backs have been that I don't focus on just one thing. I've spent the last 2.5 years learning anything I could get my brain to latch onto, while figuring out what it is I'm actually trying to do. Whether it was business strategies, marketing, Ai, automation, building websites etc. And I'm still learning. But, this has been very helpful. Thank you.
Have the same issue and fill I need to combine it somehow to create my own blue ocean.. But putting the action has been a downer for me. Analysis paralysis it's called.. not having tools like a working laptop has been another challenge but I will surmount it.. been inspired by the comments
@@DacariAirevenue When I can't build yet, I learn how to build better, faster and I use agents to do a lot of the technical thinking and planning, it's way more accurate than me. And some of these nerds have built amazing tools that help us stress less. I'd say that's a win.

Embrace the ADHD and be ok with it. Think of it as a powerful tool that helps hone you in on what drives you most effectively by looking back at those 2.5 years for a common thread, magnify that common thread and break it down into 3 simple categories. Pick on category that resonates most.

It's not too late! Every business will eventually seek an AI expert, and the early adopters are just starting to realize this. It will take a few years for AI to be fully integrated into every business, so there are plenty of opportunities ahead.

TH-cam vids are apart of his business. It’s apart of his marketing strategy and it works. There are a lot of people who act like they know what they’re doing to sell subscriptions, but this kid actually adds value and is excellent at teaching. I respect the hustle.

He technically answered this in the last few minutes...he said if he can get people to learn this information they may decide to use his software for their AI business and he'll make money as a result

He also didn't lie about how he's been getting his leads, and so far they've all been from TH-cam. So if TH-cam is bringing him clients for his business and paying him with advertising revenue...what reason does he have NOT to post videos? 😂
TH-cam vids are apart of his business. It’s apart of his marketing strategy and it works. There are a lot of people who act like they know what they’re doing to sell subscriptions, but this kid actually adds value and is excellent at teaching. I respect the hustle.
