But on the other hand iPhone xr of one my friend's, which was released in the same year, is working fine...also got the latest ios 17, whereas updates are stopped for s9. Budget phone have a different story, so no point in comparison because of price point. As an Android lover, i wish companies do something regarding this.

Me and everyone in my family were android users and I myself last time use the OnePlus7 Pro and I love that phone so much I never thought I would not change but the new phones of OnePlus were shutting the bed so decided to opt for another brands and first I thought of Samsung’s flagship phone the most expensive one but the screen size was too big for me. So I shifted to iPhone because of the smaller screen and the same computing power as the bigger model

Android phones have become costly… mid range phones cost about 20k, earlier they used to cost 12-13 k, 15 k Tak bardasht kar Liya….. Xiaomi increased the price… on sales like bbd and Amazon festivals iPhones sell cheaper 43k for iPhone 13 and 30k for iPhone 12… when we all know that android mid range phones are gonna start hanging after 1 year and become unusable after 2 years and sell for pennies… on the other hand iPhone even if we buy relatively old models during sale are going to perform better than any android even after 3-4 years and we can get a good resale value…. I agree that people are shifting to ios for stability. Android phones you never know if they are worth the high asking price as their is less reliability. S23 is good but s22 has battery issues, google has network issues. Chinese phones give green lines in a year. I want to go for android but reliability isn't there.

Android phones have become costly… mid range phones cost about 20k, earlier they used to cost 12-13 k, 15 k Tak bardasht kar Liya….. Xiaomi increased the price… on sales like bbd and Amazon festivals iPhones sell cheaper 43k for iPhone 13 and 30k for iPhone 12… when we all know that android mid range phones are gonna start hanging after 1 year and become unusable after 2 years and sell for pennies… on the other hand iPhone even if we buy relatively old models during sale are going to perform better than any android even after 3-4 years and we can get a good resale value…. Why not increase the budget because the difference is not that much now… android b mehnge hai… iPhone is now seen as an investment which if brought on sale and sold within two years you can upgrade to another iPhone by not paying much…. All these reasons why people are switching to iphone

I agree that people are shifting to ios for stability. Android phones you never know if they are worth the high asking price as their is less reliability. S23 is good but s22 has battery issues, google has network issues. Chinese phones give green lines in a year. I want to go for android but reliability isn't there.
I purchased iphone and used it for 1 year. It was the biggest regret ever to use iphone. Now i shifted to android again, using the Z FLip Series. Never going back to IOS again.

U r partially wrong. The current iPhone craze will come down soon. Majority of the android users switch to iPhone only for show off. Even they buy outdated iPhones for cheaper price just for an apple logo. I was an Android user who switched to iPhone (11 Pro) couple of yrs back. I was never happy using an iPhone bcoz of the iOS. I just hate iOS. I returned to Android (S23) and will never switch to an iPhone again.
That's not a fair comparison. S23 is a recent flagship and of course will be way better than an outdated iphone 11,12 or 13.

@@pepewrI mean people still buy outdated iPhone 5, 6, 7 just for that Apple logo. In todays standard even 10 & 11 series are outdated as it doesn't have 5G connectivity. Also every new features on iOS 17 are not aoplicable to older series as their hardware doesn't support those. Even if they support apple wont provide it.
