I love how heechul embraces himself and accept his flaws. He knows himself better than anyone else and he is not afraid to be seen as ignorant because he knows that he could just learn stuffs afterwards. I am very opposite of him that is why I truly admire him! More power heenim 😭💙
I appreciate that korea is trying hard to break the misconceptions on mental health through mainstream media. The more people hear and see it, time and time again, the more mental health can be a normal subject that people can openly speak about.
I'm not embarrassed of ignorance. I can just learn. - Super Junior Heechul. This is why I stan him! Being ignorant is a human thing, we can't possibly know everything first place. But we should learn from our mistakes and correct ourselves afterwards.
It's really important that they're also including legal information because some people might be coerced or persuaded to let judges and other law professionals to look into their psychological and medical history without really thinking about it.

please study well and be a good psychologist 😊 negara ini membutuhkan banyak psychologist dan psychiatrist. I've met a bad one before, instead of healing, I just got PTSD. now I can't drive past that hospital without having anxiety attack
Why would they think that ppl would know abt your medical records even if you don’t tell them? It’s common sense that ppl in the medical field can’t give out medical records without the patient’s permission
@@casstsj yes, but the choices are either you tell them you have health issues and maybe they'll tell you to elaborate or you tell them that you have no health issues thus lying and can get repercussions if they know the truth. @@kirigayakazuto6208 white people are like that too. This is a worldwide problem. My country is from Europe and people still look weird at you if you talk about mental health. Fortunately is slowly changing :)
I know that during patient counselling, my teacher actually taught us not to tell patient that the drug is for depression, but we should rephrase as the drug is to allivate their mood. Because some patients may not want people to know that they get depression. Is like a taboo to talk about mental illness though it is more open now.
There are a lot of people that say that those drugs wont cure you. When I say that I take drugs for my depression and anxiety. Which is dumb....if there was a such drug. There wouldn´t be depressed people in this world. I always say, that yes. I do know that, it will take time. Those drugs are used for my symptoms that I get. And I will go to a therapist to talk about my life and where it all started etc. I know I wont ever get 100% depression free. But I never expect of that.... I know I will take drugs for the rest of my life, but the dosage will change.
It’s super nice for my fangirl ❤️ to see lots of interactions between KyungChul makes me so happy!!🥰🥰🥰🥰 And Kyung Hoon really seems so comfortable around Heechul..🥰🥰🥰
Unfortunately not all countries have good psychiatrists. I live in an Asian country and had an insomnia for a long time, noone prescribed such pills; only BAA’s which didn’t help. I had to go to China in order to get a real treatment and I was able to cure my problem within 1-2 months. I had to spend for about 15 months of sleepless nights in order to understand that good doctors will heal you but bad ones will kill you 🤬
I dont know if you can do it in your country. But I would make a complaint of it to a higher place. I dont know what it would be, but I would complain about it. But I am glad that you got help.
I don’t think downplaying concerns about addiction is very responsible. You should absolutely ask your doctor what the side affects are and the chances of getting addicted and weigh that up against living with your psychological condition. Or your medical power of attorney should weigh that up for you.
Well, I've learned something new today about South Korea. Still good to see that mental health issues are losing their 'taboo-ish' nature both there and in general society.
It's very important to go to a psychiatrist (even though i still don't got to visit but maybe soon) because they might help you loosen up all the burdens you have inside you. There are certain things that you don't normally talk to your parents nor your family so having a psychiatric help will help you ease those things. It's also great to learn that south Korea is now opening up to the topics that are taboo before like this one. Mental health is really important and some other things.
i like this episode it's very in formative and a lot of people should know these things because there are a lot of misconceptions around the issue of mental health .
I just remmembered Sulli's case. They said that she suffered from severe depression, doesn't that mean that someone leaked her info? correct me if i'm wrong though.
its normalised around Gen Zs that going to a psychiatrist is normal but older generations dont like it as much. if you need help please go seek for help from a professional, its their job to help you please dont be scared :)
I think it's a bit hypocritical too but appearance is smth we can see on the outside, mental health is usually first internal so just due to that they may feel one doctor is "safer" than the other
I just want to point out that😂people that work in this field . Psychologist or psychiatrist etc. They tend to read people on first meet basis😂😂its a habit so i bet on my whole life that if you ever meet this type of person. He or she already figure you out in just 3 mins even if you didnt say any word . Posture and facial expression give it all out.😂i know this because i stuck with that habit. Read people

I wish other entertainment on other countries is like this too 😭
As psychologist, I am happy to hear that have a program there talking about important things like that!

Exactly if he admited it means he still knows that are things to learn. "I know that i know nothing" said Socrates.
It's nice to see psychiatrists are being normalized nowadays. Anyways I love seeing heechul here 😂🥰
ikr im just hoping that my country will normalized it too, someday
Heechul is great. He is such fun in every program. Always savage. 😁😁

Because nowadays no one can no longer be trusted. Corruption and dirty money can just buy any info out from anyone.
“He must be crazy”, “She is not normal”, unfortunately it’s not just Korea, I believe it’s an Asian misconception
Add Africa on the list too🤦🏽♀️
more like non-white misconceptions
Count Europe in. It's starting to change, but still faar to go.
