Devil's Bridge Hike in Sedona, Arizona

- One of the most popular hikes in Sedona, AZ is the one to Devil's Bridge. We hiked the Mescal and Chuck Wagon Trails to the Devil's Bridge Trail. This hike is about 4 miles round trip and is beautiful.
We did the hike in mid December when the crowds were less and we wouldn't need to wait an hour for our bridge walk.

That was quite a hike! Lucky for you it was December and not July! But well worth the effort for those views at the end! Beautiful scenery. Loved the high clouds that started moving in. Great stuff Jim and Michelle! Really enjoyed it!

Sedona is a beautiful area! Be aware that the last bit of the hike is a hand-over-hand scramble up to the top. Enjoy your trip and thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for this footage! My wife and did this hike just a few weeks ago. I have been wanting to do it and I was so terrified. i think I missed some of the incredible views that you were able to capture. I walked out for the picture but fear really overwhelmed me and anxiety of getting down. I am working on my fear of heights with my therapist so that I can fully take in the next hike like this that I do, because there will be a next time. I wasn't going to take a photo at first this lovely couple encouraged me to go out there that I would regret it if I didn't and she was right!!!

I did this with my son, last year! 😬 Not for sissies! Scared to death…..literally crawled at the last part. Butt bumped my way down from there.
We were genuinely surprised about the scaling required at the end of the hike. I had my camera bag with me and about 30# of camera gear!
I had to laugh when you were being sarcastic saying you have 8000lb of camera gear on your back. I was the same way when I came to Sedona. My camera backpack was loaded lol
