FYI - I treated myself to picking up this figure, (which was on sale on Amazon), & got it in the mail today!! You are ABSOLUTELY right, in that this is an AWESOME figure to add to my collection!! BTW - You are also absolutely right about those damn connection pieces for the skirt do fall off easily!! I'm surprised that the pegs weren't designed to snap into place so they don't fall off. Thank you for your review on this figure. I LOVE IT!!! :-)
Hi Diego, I take this opportunity to congratulate you on this wonderful Gaiking the Knight video. I have been interested in this action figure for quite some time and I must say that I like it very much, both for its aesthetics and for its posability. I don't like the classic Gaiking robot, but I really like this reinterpretation of the Sentinel. Do you recommend it to me? There are those who have reviewed it very harshly saying that it is ugly, that it is not worth the money spent, that it is only made of plastic. On the other hand, I think differently and I find it splendid, to have in my collection.
Love this figure! I hope Sentinel does something like this for the Mazingers (Z, Great, Kaiser, SKL, and other mechas from the series) and the Getter Robo series.
It's a different line though. Mazinkaiser is from their RIOBOT line vs the Metamor-Force line. I honestly do not know the difference betweent the 2 other than price and size.
Just a heads up for anybody who stumbles across this video this week. HLJ has the figure on clearance for $55 as part of their Spring Sale (March 2017)

I'd rather suck a lemon, I like the 2005-2006 show better, Daiya wore his yellow jacket around his waist, the earlier show was more leather costumed like out of a comic book. 1975 could be used as a back story after a rewrite.

Great Video. Horrible figure. It's not Gaiking. It looks more like Frank Langella's Skeletor on Steroids.
