It seems I have to make a pinned comment, and hope everyone who asks about the bodykit, actually reads it. It's an *SSV kit* modelled off the very limited run of TRD kits for the original GT-Four. it's been NLA (no longer available) for over a decade and I can't find anyone willing to do a low-volume remake of these in ABS (fibreglass is too brittle to use on a daily). for those who own another 4th gen (ie. AT160/ST162, etc.) search for *Kaminari bodykits* and retain your original bumpers as they'll be needed to make the kit work. as good as this car looks, it's not in the interest of companies to keep making aftermarket bits for, regardless of the attention it gets. thanks for watching and keep poppin' those headlights.

But such a good car to play with.Good chassis too,I've improved the handling with sensibly sprung coilovers, camber adjustment and some Whiteline ARB upgrades with a custom fabricated exhaust that helps bring the Beams Redtop alive and makes the car so responsive.Sure, you could go 3SGTE for more power ultimately, but a high revving N/A 4th Gen is a treat in itself. What light bulbs did u run for the headlights I’ve ran some off road leds and want change
I found some H4 LEDs on eBay, no known brand other than I know they run Phillips chips inside. they've been good for the past 4 years, no issues.
@@STAG162 if u have an eBay account I think u can still send me the link of purchase of item perhaps.!, but they really fit the car ngl , I’m running the off road ones and they alright but they lose power a lot
@@majorpain7248 because the ebay transaction was over 4 years old I highly doubt I'd be able to pull anything meaningful off the site. less than 6 months and I still got a chance, but I doubt it ater this time.
流面形+ハイパワーユニットのスポーツ4WD
sorry mate, this is only the 2WD model. I wish it was an ST165 though.
What suspension are you running on?
I have an ST161 and I'm running Macpherson Struts all around. . .
should be the same suspension setup underneath, only I'm on factory rear spring replacements and King Lows (drop by 15-20mm) on the front. the setup looks lower because the wheels are 17" on low profile rubber.
Trying to diagnose my crank no start. It's been a mission
@@STAG162 youre on king low springs?
Is this car available I'd like to buy it.
if/when the car goes up for sale, I'll update the title to let people know.
i lve it

Turbo?
nah, not this build. maybe the next owner might do something like that, if I sell it.
@@STAG162 it's a super clean example, you've really looked after it. I'm curious about turbo applications for this engine, I also own it. Did you ever consider a turbo during your ownership?
@@jac1793 I had the opportunity back in 2008 to put a different engine in it, I just went for simple and uncomplicated 3rd gen 3SGE (the one before VVT-i) which was an unknown quantity, but the condition of it was excellent. I went with my gut and had it installed, and it's running like a top to this day. Glad I did, lane-change-steering (turbo FWD) isn't really my idea a daily.
