I explained this in my video. The place where I put my hip measurement replace it with yours and calculate. That's how you know what to good and cut.

That's if we have same hips measurement. If not add 6 inches seam allowance to your original hips measurement and divide by 6. For the flare you can use 8 inches or more if you want.
