- Bam Margera's 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo is for Sale. It is genuinely monstrous. In this video, I walk through some of the many issues with the car and go through the auction listing on eBay, which has (amazingly) attracked significant attention.
The terrible mods include a DIY sunroof and scissor doors. The car is also purple. The wheels are purple. Everything is terrible.

As well I've met bam a few times In real life, I was at his first video premiere, he's a good guy. Ive seen him ripping up the highway a few times in his blue Lambo and he enjoys his vehicles.

That car has lived an absolute rockstar life style. Billy F’N Idol cut the hole for the sunroof, it’s been driven around the world in 8 days, filled with diesel fuel, in major motion pictures, ect. That car is 1 of 1 and was a major pop culture icon back in the day. Everyone knew that car.
Someone needs to buy it and bring it back to life, while KEEPING said doors.

Agreed, this guy missed the point of this particular gallardo, it was BAMS! it's not meant to be a unmolested clean example of a gallardo, each mark / modification / outdated features of this gallardo represents BAM and a time that I associate with simplicity and my childhood

Detroit and then he drove it back home, all in 8 days......

A Lamborghini is supposed to have scissor doors… and it’s fifteen years old.
That car absolutely never came with scissor doors, that treatment is only given to their v12 cars.
This lambo had regular doors but was converted to scissor doors at some point.. watch viva la Bam and jackass and you'll see.

I'm honestly surprised he parted with it. There's a lot of sentimental value invested in the Lamborghini -- he and Ryan did the Gumball 3000 race together and I remember him saying some years ago that with all the good memories he and Ryan made with the car he wasn't inclined to sell no matter the offers made for it.
Bam isn't doing too well. Maybe the car had to go to auction to help him with financial issues that aren't public knowledge (yet).
Bam has since had a Panamera, Bentley and R8.

I think the car is in pretty good shape. Looks all cosmetic to me.
It’s been through several clutches, transmissions, and well documented that it’s been filled with Diesel fuel… you’re buying this is definitely a because you grew up on that car, and the stories attached to it.

The sunroof was cut in by Billy Idol for his show and the engine is brand new because the full service gas station in NJ filled it with diesel.
Nar bams mate filled it from a gas can in his garage that had two stroke fuel in it 😅 50 grand latter in damage

Yeah, it is possibly the worst Gallardo that still runs today, but that's kind of the point. It's a historical piece, every mod, every scratch, every detail adds to the story of the car and by purchasing it you can choose whether you want to preserve it as is or contribute to the story. If the owner chooses to fix all of it's issues I would hope that they keep it looking the same (repaint it and find an exact color match, have a higher quality scissor door mechanism installed, etc.) It's like having one of the M14s used in Full Metal Jacket or the bike used in E.T. I'm sure a modern version would be aesthetically and functionally superior but the original is special and changing it would devalue it. You might not personally price it as high (I wouldn't pay $70k for it either) but maybe someone with lot's of money to spend who grew up watching his shows and movies values it way higher.

A big problem with adding flip up doors to a car is that you can't open them if you roll the car upside down. Real flip up lambo doors have explosive charges so you can blow the doors off if you need to.

This one car I was obsessed with . Also a huge water raft went off in the Lamborghini it has a sunroof cut in it by Billy Idol it’s been around the world on gumball. And the transmission was ruined on the 3000 mile trip because someone did doughnuts in a all wheel drive car. that’s not a wrap it’s forever purple it used to be black he paid alotttt to get it that colour . I think it was like $250,000 with new paint and wheels and the car all in . Top celebrity car Iv always wonder what happened To it.
