Saw Gojira recently playing with Korn. Those two bands together is crazy and the fact is they are both better live. Hearing Gojira as a wall of sound live is something I cant even explain you just need to go experience it.
The only thing that i dislike about Gojira is the fact that they don't play live the heaviest ones, like Art of Dying, Heaviest Matter in the Universe, Wisdom Comes, etc, in KC they played one full album but not the epic ones, it is like they save the good stuff for Festivals may be
@@yammerrryeet511Funny cause to me The way of all flesh is above all else and there's not even competition. It feels like the most creative and unique sound they've ever made. From mars is my least favorite which is a shock to most people lol. There are some classics songs there but the album drags on too much for my liking. The Link is also a very close second to me, definitely their most underrated album.
My favorites in order are 1- The Way of All Flesh, by far 2- Magma 3- Fortitude 4- From Mars to Sirius 5- L'Enfant Sauvage 6- The Link and 7- Terra Incognita
This is great! My favorite albums by them are 1) From Mars to Sirius 2) The Way of all Flesh 3) Fortitude I highly recommend checking out at least the first one because it is legitimately one of the best metal albums ever made
I think you should probably listen to L'Enfant Sauvage next. Gojira has evolved their sound a lot over the years and I think that going through the albums backwards would be best for you, as you don't seem so familiar with death metal or similiar more heavier genres of music. Best thing about it is that all of Gojiras albums are really good so you can't really go wrong. Really enjoyed this reaction keep it up! 😁
I’m assuming you’re from Chicago if you like the cubs lol. But the reason I say this is because gojira, korn and spiritbox are performing at tinley park the 28th. You would have to hurry to get a ticket but it’s going to be soooo sick and I’m going
Saw them all here in atl and let me tell you from pit experience it was everything and more lol. They all put on a fantastic show but Gojira was definitely my favorite!
I’ve seen Gojira as an opener and headliner. Both performances were excellent. And yes they have very singable chorus’ and riffs. It’s worth every cent to see them live.
I will love you forever if you listen to all their albums, one dude said you would listen to them backwards and I agree the deeper into their discography you get the heavier their sound is so it’s probably best to build up to it
Just before recording this album, the Duplantier brothers lost their mother to cancer. So amazing that you are hearing and experiencing the anger and pain in the music, which is a reflection of this loss. Lowlands is specifically written about this journey. Cheers🤘
If youre curious about the sadder lyrics and themes, their mother died of terminal illness while making this album. Many songs are in tribute to her life and passing. Mario and Joe (drummer and vocalist/guitar) are brothers. All vocals are Joe, hes a unit.
React to L’enfant sauvage pleaseee. Every damn song is amazing. Imo magma is actually their 2nd worst album. My favorite album by them is their first one but I don’t think you’d like how heavy it is
@-l-l3187 not a bad list. Fortitude is second to last for me, but still a better album in my opinion, but I can see why it would be last. The others can be put in almost any order as they all are top tier. The link is so underrated.
@@danday9697 for me, L’enfant sauvage is the most consistently great album of theirs. The axe, liquid fire, and gift of guilt are incredible and the rest of it is great. I love the link but I think the 2 interludes bring it down for me. Remembrance, death of me, embrace the world, inward movement, and wisdoms comes are definitely some of their best songs. It’s very hard to rank their albums because even the worst album is a 9/10 for me
Yo you have to do L'Enfant Sauvage and From Mars to Sirius by Gojira. Both came before Magma but so incredibly heavy and groovy but still melodic. You'd love em both i think.
TH-cam randomly unblocked this video 🙂
amazing band, love Gojira and you know who they on tour with ..? .KoЯn! where is the next KoЯn reaction ?lol keep up the dope vids!

You should make merch saying "6 (or some random big number) of greatness", or "life changing music" since those seem to be two catch phrases of yours
one of my all time fav bands, you should definitely check out From Mars to Sirius next
I think L'Enfant Sauvage would be better first, I feel like he'd appreciate FMTS more later in his journey into metal.
best album from gojira

Gojira is god tier, the way of all flesh and from mars to Sirius are masterpieces. Lenfant Sauvage is awesome too.
Not even gunna lie the way of all flesh is my least favorite of the “classic” albums of theirs

@yammerrryeet511 that album has "the art of dying" the "deathest" song of them. So powerfull

You’re listening to a top world class drummer here 🤘
I’ve seen Gojira as an opener and headliner. Both performances were excellent. And yes they have very singable chorus’ and riffs. It’s worth every cent to see them live.
This album came out after the singer and drummers mother passed away. So that’s why it sounds dark and sad

My first ever concert was Gojira. They are amazing live!

These guys are definitely inspired by old school death metal like Death and Morbid Angel.
wait till bro discovers the heavy stuff
Watched them live the when time they came to colombia and stranded was one of the best live songs I've heard
Song "Pray" has extended version played live at Red Rocks, I think you might want to experience it in all it's glory.
welcome to one of the best metal band of all time .and live is better
silvera being over stranded is valid and honestly just correct
Was just at their concert Monday lmao
@@Jagdcmmdo did you enjoy it?
That chrous in "Magma" is so catchy
Way of all Flesh my favourite, I would go with L’enfant Sauvage next though as your upcoming listen.
u gotta check out "ashes of the wake" by lamb of god, definitely a classic
hell yeah, you need to check out their live at red rocks, it is gonna give you goosebumps
this album is so good dude, if u wanna try more gojira i recommend l'enfant sauvage

Magma probably has their best production. It’s slick and thick

Listen to seasons by Sevendust PLEASE i saw that whole album live and it is too good
Oh shit, Gojira. The heaviest band I listen to.
Flying Whales is another great song by Gojira bro
Gojira is better live then on album

Shit definitely went magical after reborn.
Terra incognita PLEASE
Oh hell yeah GGGGG
Oooooh if you like Gojira you should check out Mastodon! Bands go hand in hand if you ask me
PLEASE react to gojiras other, earlier albums !!
Please do avenged sevenfold some time, either city of evil or their self titled album, it's amazing
You should react to the band Death 😃
Please bro from mars to sirius
Bro do rest of the SOAD albums already

Disturbed The Sickness please 🙏
Yeah I think he’d love that album, Ten Thousand Fists and Believe are solid albums too
Yo, slipknot when?
Definitely a great Gojira Album. Highly recommend listening to the album “Low Teens” by a group by the name of Everytime I Die. You won’t regret!
Yoooo... bro why are you reaction to their latest album? This one was when their mom died its softened for that
Hopefully you continue with the other albums. This one is their weakest album by a lot.
crazy how this album some mid compared to their older shit
Magma lowkey one of their worst albums, you MUST listen to “the way of all flesh” and “from mars to sirius”
Magma is good wym he clearly liked it I mean it’s not better then flesh or mars but it’s still good
It’s not their worst but the way of all flesh and mars are masterpieces
It's not so bad. Have different sounds and different emotions.
They lost their mother during the recording.
