Why is it so hard for folks to accept that a man and woman can be GREAT friends, love each other, but not BE IN LOVE? Why is it so hard for folks to accept that William Holden is/was her soulmate, that even now, roughly 40 years later, talking about him still causes her emotional pain? They probably are very annoyed at the same questions repeatedly, and intrusions into their personal lives?
