    Question: I am having a lot of issues with this product, every time I try to transfer to the shirt the paper sticks to the shirt and the image and I can't get a clean peel. Adjusted the time under the press etc. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Hello do you know if this transfer paper works well with the new HP LaserJet m 252 dw printers

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for contacting us regarding this paper. We haven’t tested the new printer you just purchased, but feel that it should work. W we always recommend that you test first, though, to make sure that the HP toner transfers properly to produce the look you want. We offer a 5 pack for testing purposes at: rhinotechinc.com/digital-transfer/laser-heat-transfer-paper/Image-Clip-Laser-Dark-8.5-in-x-11-in. For wash testing after transferring, turn the shirt inside out and wash in cold water with a non-brightening detergent. Dry for 10 minutes. We look forward to working with you and if you have more questions, please contact our Tech Support at 651-686-5027 x 4. We want you to be highly successful.

    Hi, I have a question about the Transfer paper. The paper you are placing the Image Clip Paper on is what kind of paper. Do you print it on a Single Jet Heat Transfer and transfer onto the Image Clip Heat transfer paper?

  • @jumazingapparel
    @jumazingapparel 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    So it only works with white toner printers

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If your design includes white then a white toner printer is required. If it doesn't have white in it you can use a CMYK printer. Hope that helps and if you need further info, please get in touch at 651-686-5027 x 4.

    Can you use an iron if you don't have a heat press? Also, is using a brother laser printer ok to use since I'm not using white? Just want to do some t-shirts for myself.

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching our video and for your questions. Unfortunately, an iron won't work with this paper, but you could test Laser 1 Opaque (for dark garments): rhinotechinc.com/digital-transfer?_route_=digital-transfer/laser-heat-transfer-paper/Laser-1-Opaque-8.5-in-x-11-in. It should work fine with a Brother, but we haven't tested it ourselves.
      If you have an inkjet printer, another option is SingleJet. rhinotechinc.com/digital-transfer?_route_=digital-transfer/ink-jet-heat-transfer-paper/SingleJet-II-8.5-in-x-11-in
      See the video with iron-on instructions here: th-cam.com/video/t25ZiOF0xsU/w-d-xo.html.

    Hi! Thanks for the video. Where can I buy rubber mat you are using? Is it silicone or what? I've been struggling with Laser Dark for a while and can't really get good marrying done.

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Appreciate your interest and that the video is helpful, but we encourage you to call Chris at 651-686-5027 x 4. We don't want you to struggle; we want you to be successful. There could be several issues going that we'd like to help you rectify. We often find that the heat press is the problem, so let's get this worked out for you. Regarding the silicone mat - we don't sell them, but you could try Magic Touch out of Chicago. Looking forward to hearing from you and we really appreciate that you're our customer.

    Does this work good with a regular laser printer ? I don't think my new laser printer has a white toner

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry we missed your question a few weeks ago, but hope you called our Customer Service/Tech Support in the meantime. If your design has white in it, then you will need a printer with white toner. For designs w/o white in them, your printer should work, however, you really should test the paper. Here's the link for a Pack of 5 sheets so you can test: rhinotechinc.com/product/image-clip-laser-dark-paper/. If you have more questions, please contact Chris at 651-686-5027 x 4. Thanks so much for your interest.

      DreamNoTomorrow AtSoundCloud it doesn't, i've tried it. you can buy a specific paper that transfers white, but it's never a full white. I'm assuming my next step is investing in the white toner printers which are not cheap

    I have used the ink jet paper for dark colours, and the feel is extremely heavy. Almost like wearing a bib around your neck. Not very comfortable. What is the end result when using the Image Clip Laser Dark Transfer Sheet? Thanking you in advance.

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +VR Bartram Appreciate your dilemma and question. To start with, Image Clip Laser Dark is a weedless product. And, because you’re only transferring the toner and not the carrier sheet, the result is a much softer feel (unlike the experience you described w/other paper). It’s important to note, too, that this can vary slightly when you transfer postage stamp designs that will be heavier, as opposed to, whimsical designs when using Image Clip Laser Dark and/or RhinoDARK heat transfer papers. Here’s the link for Image Clip Laser Dark if you’d like to order a 10 pack for testing purposes: rhinotechinc.com/digital-transfer/heat-transfer-paper/Image-Clip-Laser-Dark-8.5-in-x-11-in. Hope this helps. And, please contact us directly at 651-686-5027 x 4 if we can help you further. Looking forward to working with you.

    Gm, what is the difference and/or benefits between your dark tee paper and Neenah's?
    Thank you,
    Thomas

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thomas, thanks for the inquiry. I think you’re referencing RhinoDARK weedless, laser paper. The benefits/differences of RhinoDARK are: 1) the A sheet is a polyester film that isn’t affected by humidity and temperature, 2) the B sheet is denser so you’ll see brighter colors and a true white as opposed to a grayer white on Image Clip Laser Dark, 3) when you stretch an Image Clip print, you’ll notice a tendency for the print to have more cracks in it in comparison to RhinoDARK. Don’t get me wrong, though. Image Clip is a good paper choice that stands on its own. Finally, in comparison, RhinoDARK Laser Paper is a superior product and, subsequently, more expensive, although not by a lot. Hope this helps. Please give me a call at 651-686-5027 x 2 if you need more info. Looking forward to working with you. ~GM

      @thomasrobertson7 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      RhinoTech Okay thanks for the information. I have been using Neenah image clip (for white, dark colors and koncert tees) for years and find that they work well on my Oki C831 .But I am now going to purchase a Oki Pro920wt so that I can print white and color at the same time. So I will consider trying your Rhino Dark, do you have sample packs?
      Thanks

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      You're welcome. Before you purchase, though, did you know that the 920WT is being replaced by the
      OKI Pro8432WT? Here's the link: rhinotechinc.com/digital-transfer/laser-printers-toner?product_id=415. Also, here's the link to 5 sheet sample packs of RhinoDark: rhinotechinc.com/digital-transfer?_route_=digital-transfer/laser-heat-transfer-paper/RhinoDARK-8.5. If you'd like some more info about the OKI Pro8432WT, please give me a call at 651-686-5027 x 2. Hope to talk to you soon.

    what is the pressure on the paper transfer and shirt transfer?

    • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your questions and for watching our video. Use medium pressure when you marry the transfer sheets together. And, use heavy pressure when transferring design onto shirt. If you'd like to work with the paper, we offer a 5 paper pack for testing purposes that you can order here: rhinotechinc.com/digital-transfer/laser-heat-transfer-paper/Image-Clip-Laser-Dark-8.5-in-x-11-in. • @Rhinotechinc
      @Rhinotechinc  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your question. The answer is no; Image Clip is for use on garments, only. But...we offer SinglePrint that is also a laser paper that can transfer images to multiple types of hard surfaces including leather. We've not tested it on vegetable tanned leather. SinglePrint is available in a Test Pack of 5 sheets: rhinotechinc.com/digital-transfer/hard-surface-heat-transfer-paper/SinglePrint-8.5-in-x-11-in. BAD video due to the fact that you didn't clearly show how your transfer looked straight out of the printer. Your end result on the shirt looked dull and faded and its unclear if it was because your printout was that way or if the Image Clip transfer paper is trash. Next time use a VIVID full color transfer and show the people the PRINTOUT and the SHIRT so we can judge the full quality and potential of the paper. Thanks.
