    Sir I have one question I worked 4 years in Avation sector and recently I had got job in US recruiting company in which I was taken out after one month I dint even got time to improve myself at least particular staffing Recruiting company should give 2 months to employees to improve communication skills because what we learn in training and when we come on live mode it is totally different don't yu think???

      Absolutely you are correct it will take atleast 45 days for a fresher to pick up and start working on his own .

      I feel any US recruiting and staffing company in India especially from HR policy point of needs to correct this. I already told HR team . After 15 days I was able to find two good candidates for post of Manufacturing technician in which my other staff also got surprised how was I able to find out??? Anyways it won't affect my credibility as I have always worked whether it is for Indigo aur Air India I have worked with dedication. I also face problem when I joined Indigo but in two months I learnt the work automatically performance also started Improving.

    Not at all recommended. JD is not only about skills but also about the duties and other stuff.. I prefer to read the JD and understand before sourcing.
