But if I wanted to build a pc i will probably make a pc with rtx 4070 or rx 7800 xt . Performance is better that aesthetic . You should spend on aesthetic only when you have a lot more that just 1 lakh . I will probably spend on super aesthetic if I want to build a pc over 1.5 lakh before that no no.😊

First on all don't spend on the aio. Even ryzen 7600 dont need aio.
And ddr5 ram doesn't give that much performance if you're going to use a cpu under i5 13 gen .
Here's my build :-
Cpu - 12400f
Motherboard - msi mag b660m mortar wifi ddr4
Ram - Kingston fury or crucial vengeance ddr4 3200 cl 16 (16gb x2 dimm)
Ssd- wd blue sn570 1tb (and xpg s70 blade 2tb (not 1tb) only if you are going to move files a lot )
GPU : rtx 4060 (if you're going to stream/record gameplay)
Or The OG Rx 6700 xt 12gb (even can play on 1440p. And much more better that 4060)
Case/cabinet- 1. Gamdias Talos E3 mesh (white or black it depends on you)
2. Deepcool mattrexx 40 3fs(only changing RGB or argb)
3. Any other under 4000 rupees (don't overspend on cabinet)
Psu : in this pc build if you want 4060 550 watt is enough. I will suggest deepcool pk550d.
And for the rx 6700 xt . 650 watt . 1. Deepcool pk650d ,
2. Msi mag a650bn (recommended)

Intel ecosystem is a bit on the expensive side, even if you go for that cpu b760 mobos with ddr5 support are higher priced compared to amd platform

8gb vram will not last long after 1 year because some games are taking upto 10gb vram so future proof we need atleast 16gb 4060ti. You can take little lower budget cpu and 8gbx2 ram 3600mhz. And no rgb coolers.
4070 is a much better option than 4060 ti 8gb, and the cost is probably 5k extra only

Try to use 2 x 8GB RAM sticks instead of a single 16B stick. Use a 5500 instead of 3600 and please usea better psu, don't cheap out on the power supply.
I think the i3 12100f is better at gaming when compared with 5500 or 3600 . And use 8gb x 2 ram 3200 cl 16
And a750 GPU . That is just diamond on thet price range
And also get Wd sn570 1tb SSD
Get a cheap ddr4 b660m mobo like the gigabyte gaming AC ddr4
