Hi Greg,
That is the emergency opener, that works mechanically. In case of error you can remove the clothes from the drum with this opener.

Hi!
Thanks for such of nice and useful video.
Can you please help me to solve my problem on this machine?
The door is switching 3x and then it shows up an E35 error. I chamged the door lock with a brand new one but still same problem.
I checked the electronic board but didn't found any suspicious behavior.
Is this type of door lock also a PTC type or is it locking with electromagnetic switch?
By the clicking sound I would guess it is an electromagnetic switch.
Any idea what am I missing?
I'm repairing other electronics devices every day but this kind of machinery is not my place.
So a handheld help I would really appreciate.

Hi Chris,
My guess would be firstly, waterflow is blocked somehow. Without water the programme will be disrupted.
