Saw the show at Paper Mill and it was terrific. Read the reviews and while they were okay-good these so-called experts missed how positive the audience reacted. The leads were very good and sang wonderfully. You really do 'despise' the step-mother and oldest step-sister. Do agree Charles Shaughnessy and Julie Halston were under used as they are extremely talented. Could skip the gypsies as I didn't think they added to the show to build up the King and Queen. But very enjoyable and if it goe sto Broadway, will DEFINITELY see it again. Thank you to the cast, director and producers for a fresh take on the story and a terrific theater experience. Shows like this that keep theater alive!!!
I WANT TO SEE THE DRESS! I am super excited for this show and this has been my favorite movie since I was little. Also I hope they can do rain onstage but I doubt they can.

lpbrog they can do the illusion of rain. i think in some shows they have had "rain", but its hard and rare.
My aunt wrote the book and lyrics. I'm going to see it in a couple weeks!!!! I can't wait!!!
