I'm trying my best to save VG like creating a guild and crew named vainglory on pubg mobile and putting the vainglory best mobile moba on all my social network bio and when ppl ask what's vainglory I tell them to try the game and they love it👍 it's sad to see even after many new players it's hard to keep this thing going I just don't understand what went wrong....
Lets reverse the years of Vainglory to its prime peeps. On pc we used play League of legends, but on mobile we play Vainglory. We as Moba players and even as the gaming community must do our role to save this game. Let's go back to years where Vainglory when it was in it's prime. When the menu was simple but so beautiful (Ringo tier 3 skin in the background and casual/rank as choices). Meta and balancing systems, we have the talents but we stay in the shadows. Us as people we can make VG great again by using are talents, as artists, coders, admins, etc..we don't need a game company to have us hired to develop this game any more. There time is done and we as the community, we as VG vets played ever since beta. We can make VG great again, its our turn to no develop and keep Vainglory on the gaming scene forever. To me, this moba was my back up from league, this game was my childhood and I played this game to death to have 1000+ wins on. Still, the game still lives on for me and I know as we as the community can resurrect this game.

It's unfortunate of what happened now and with the idea of implementing the "community edition", it seems like a great idea, but while I see tweets and posts about how there may be drawbacks, they have valid points, but what choice do they really have anyway? Now, I just hope the community continues to support SEMC even if there may be some flaws with the idea, lets just see how it turns out. After all, many of us cant let go of the game, so I feel its best to be optimistic and show them some love!
They're not shutting down Vainglory. They're unable to continue maintaining the game and its servers but are going to give the community the tools we need to maintain it ourselves. That is wonderful and unprecedented. I'm extremely and pleasantly surprised. Imagine if, instead of shutting down the game so nobody could play it, Club Penguin had said: "We're not going to keep running the servers, but we're going to make the game less dependant on servers and help get you guys set up with running servers yourselves so that people can still play the game. Oh, and everything's free now, too." That's what SEMC is doing. And I love them for it. Nobody else has done this, and it shows just how awesome they are as people, and game developers, and as a company. Also, the servers going offline in April was because Rogue ended up being a bunch of dirtbags. SEMC has taken the reigns back, and thank god for that.

after the game server was closed I tried playing a game like mlbb but it felt strange like I was betraying something, my heart broke I was sad when I remember that I really could not turn away from the game that I had played for years namely Vainglory I hope the repairs are done so that everything can run normally, I want to re-advertise this game, bring this game back up, don't lose to any moba games because this is the best game ever
I remember playing this game with brother back in 2015 where Krul is unkillable. He was my favourite hero, I remember soloing the kraken and 1v3ing, no one could ever 1v1 this hero. I hope this game stays alive and become relevant again.

I remember my friend showing this game to me back in highschool. I couldn't play it back then because my phone couldn't handle it. I tried it out a few months ago and I was surprised that a lot of stuff were already unlocked and that there weren't a lot of players in the game.

damn bruh but not listening to the community lead to their fall. they completely ignored 3v3 after 5v5 release. for a person like me who only play rank 3v3 ,opening chest only give goddamn talents. skin crafting system gone . season pass gone . 3v3 tournaments gone. not my fault ..or mine?/ (sorry for bad english)
they weren't making enough money, they introduced 5v5 in an attempt to get more players to join vainglory, they removed skin crafting system since it made it too easy to get skins and they wanted to get money from them; now they don't have enough money to fund servers as they are too expensive and giving the game to its community, to us.
They paid those esports orgs big money but they didn't push them to post much of Vainglory contents on their social media platforms. And they failed to promote the game via ads and other methods. They didn't listen to their community which lost them many legacy players base.
I always hated MOBAs from the deepest corner of my heart and I still do. But one day, almost 6 years ago, I came across this weird game called Vainglory and not only me, but even my friends got caught by the beauty of the graphics and character design. Furthermore, the gameplay was astonishing. Some thing I've never seen before. A 3v3 where each second, or better, each millisecond could change the result of a game. A game which taught me what teamwork is like nothing had ever before. "You are just 3, and for that you must be one!". One single error from one of us could literally bring the squad from a certain victory to a quick and reckless defeat. I was amazed by such awesomeness. And besides few exceptions, the community has always been amazing! I've meet tons of people in VG. I came to the point I faced the same players in matches more than twice in a day due to how many hours I was spending on it. And off all that people, I've managed to meet some, and call them friends. I still have contacts with them and chat. I've met one of the most awesome person I've ever met on this game, my dude Hussein (which one day decided to place his sick and dumb ass in the top 30 scoreboard). And also, VG has been the first game I've ever spent money on! It just deserved it, and I felt I had to support something that got me stuck on it for almost 6 years! But one day, a dark and sad day I can't forget, an announcement was made. They were adding 5v5. If that happened, I knew that would have been the first step in slow-decay path. The beauty of the 3v3, the real soul of VG, would have gotten lost. And I was right. I've seen devs have the hurge to release new heroes and skins constantly, without even caring about balancing them or fix anything (like the chat we've had bugged for something like half an year or more). I was sad. I could not enjoy VG anymore. I refused to play 5v5, a average MOBA gameplay copy, and you all know what kind of issues i had to face for that. Endless queues, people quitting making you queue restart and waste 20+ minutes just to find a game. Not to mention the wrong balancing. Because heroes got balanced over 5v5 and of course some of them got OP in 3v3 (like Alpha, which I abused due to the easy 1.400+dmg per hit i could land on anything). It got boring. It got stupid. It got sad and it finally got me quit. With my heart broken, of course, but one day I quit. And seeing it die is breaking my heart even more, but somehow it's a relief. I'd rather see it die once and for all than watch the greatest game of all time fall into ridiculousness. For how I see things, I don't ask to #savevainglory . I ask you to #bringvaingloryback .
Ive spent easily a few thousand on VG across multiple accounts and the fact that every single penny was well spent not only on skins, emotes, passes etc.. but the fact that i was able to help financially support SEMC made it all worth while.
The only tap moba with triple AAA graphics and fluidity no fancy legendary opening scene but standard character in game (other moba) I played it since 2014 for 2 years I feel so sad when I heard the news I hope vainglory will rise at its glory once again
Even though I moved on to console games, vainglory still meant a lot to me. I played that game for 2 years, I'd hate to see it removed from the app store.

Their greatest weakness is that the game graphic is too good. That quite alot of people with low spec phone not able to play the game. Mobile game market themself very well in third world country. And low end phones are much more common there. Take example. Mobile legends. They are only so famous in south east asia. When you go to western market ml is not really a thing. The biggest factor is that mobile legend has lower graphic requirement .So more people can play the game thus the game grow by itself. Vg req is a bit demanding for low end phones. Thats my 2 cents.
What a tragic end to such a great game. I've played since day one and saw how much potential Vainglory had. Now it's all gone in the blink of an eye, time to move on I guess

damn bruh but not listening to the community lead to their fall. they completely ignored 3v3 after 5v5 release. for a person like me who only play rank 3v3 ,opening chest only give goddamn talents. skin crafting system gone . season pass gone . 3v3 tournaments gone.

they weren't making enough money, they introduced 5v5 in an attempt to get more players to join vainglory, they removed skin crafting system since it made it too easy to get skins and they wanted to get money from them; now they don't have enough money to fund servers as they are too expensive and giving the game to its community, to us.

They paid those esports orgs big money but they didn't push them to post much of Vainglory contents on their social media platforms. And they failed to promote the game via ads and other methods. They didn't listen to their community which lost them many legacy players base.

3v3 should have just been the main gamemode and 5v5 should have never happened.

I always hated MOBAs from the deepest corner of my heart and I still do. But one day, almost 6 years ago, I came across this weird game called Vainglory and not only me, but even my friends got caught by the beauty of the graphics and character design.
Furthermore, the gameplay was astonishing. Some thing I've never seen before. A 3v3 where each second, or better, each millisecond could change the result of a game. A game which taught me what teamwork is like nothing had ever before. "You are just 3, and for that you must be one!". One single error from one of us could literally bring the squad from a certain victory to a quick and reckless defeat. I was amazed by such awesomeness. And besides few exceptions, the community has always been amazing! I've meet tons of people in VG. I came to the point I faced the same players in matches more than twice in a day due to how many hours I was spending on it. And off all that people, I've managed to meet some, and call them friends. I still have contacts with them and chat. I've met one of the most awesome person I've ever met on this game, my dude Hussein (which one day decided to place his sick and dumb ass in the top 30 scoreboard). And also, VG has been the first game I've ever spent money on! It just deserved it, and I felt I had to support something that got me stuck on it for almost 6 years! But one day, a dark and sad day I can't forget, an announcement was made. They were adding 5v5. If that happened, I knew that would have been the first step in slow-decay path. The beauty of the 3v3, the real soul of VG, would have gotten lost. And I was right. I've seen devs have the hurge to release new heroes and skins constantly, without even caring about balancing them or fix anything (like the chat we've had bugged for something like half an year or more). I was sad. I could not enjoy VG anymore. I refused to play 5v5, a average MOBA gameplay copy, and you all know what kind of issues i had to face for that. Endless queues, people quitting making you queue restart and waste 20+ minutes just to find a game. Not to mention the wrong balancing. Because heroes got balanced over 5v5 and of course some of them got OP in 3v3 (like Alpha, which I abused due to the easy 1.400+dmg per hit i could land on anything).
It got boring. It got stupid. It got sad and it finally got me quit. With my heart broken, of course, but one day I quit. And seeing it die is breaking my heart even more, but somehow it's a relief. I'd rather see it die once and for all than watch the greatest game of all time fall into ridiculousness.
For how I see things, I don't ask to #savevainglory . I ask you to #bringvaingloryback .

The color of the 5v5 map they put so much dark color unlike 3v3 the color in that map so eye catching it's make you to play and enjoy it

Ive spent easily a few thousand on VG across multiple accounts and the fact that every single penny was well spent not only on skins, emotes, passes etc.. but the fact that i was able to help financially support SEMC made it all worth while.

The only tap moba with triple AAA graphics and fluidity no fancy legendary opening scene but standard character in game (other moba) I played it since 2014 for 2 years I feel so sad when I heard the news I hope vainglory will rise at its glory once again

Their greatest weakness is that the game graphic is too good. That quite alot of people with low spec phone not able to play the game. Mobile game market themself very well in third world country. And low end phones are much more common there. Take example. Mobile legends. They are only so famous in south east asia. When you go to western market ml is not really a thing. The biggest factor is that mobile legend has lower graphic requirement .So more people can play the game thus the game grow by itself. Vg req is a bit demanding for low end phones. Thats my 2 cents.

I do know they’re making a community edition. I’m excited for spellfire doe! I feel like that spellfire is the new vainglory and I really hope they pop off with the game. I’ve loved the game since the beta! I played it since elementary school when I was in first to second grade.
Somebody could fill me in? I thought before rogue, VG stands by itself just like the beginning. And everything’s going down since Rogue came in.
