- The scuffle hoe is considered the best garden hoe for weeding. Scuffle hoes are designed to be used with a back and forth motion. With a bladed edge on both sides, that cuts on both the pull and the push. The blade actually moves slightly or oscillates with the pushing or pulling motion to keep at the right angle for cutting. There are scuffle hoes in different sizes in the market.

Ручку сделай деревянной - это удобно для работы. Режущую часть загни из металлической линейки - она тонкая и не ржавеет. Избыточная масса всех деталей - ты не трактор и всё это не сломаешь из более тонких материалов. Сделай всё, кроме линейки из гнутого квадратного короба. Толщине 2 - 2.5 мм вполне достаточно. Будет лёгкий и удобный плоскорез. Твоя девушка тебя похвалит. Землю не надо увлажнять - по сухой земле лучше срезается трава.
