I'm not sure if it's a full blown trend yet...but I'm actually loving these releases lately with a "premium" handle & a more budget blade steel...I love my frame-lock Tenacious. People talk shit ab 8CR....but if it gets dull, 15 seconds on a ceramic rod & it's shaving sharp again...

Got the Satyr in S90V with the Ti micro milled handle. Love it! Blade came with very nice polish. It’s def a nice knife..

The milling on the scales look great on the satyr and I’m drawn to the looks of them!!! I’ll see if I want to put it on the list for a must have!!??

I think artisan is trying to find a new place in the knife world . We and reate have hurt its customer base.
