!WARNING! If you're 265, 6'2, these rollers do not work as advertised. I have this exact roller. I like the design, but there was way too much resistance due to the quality of bearing, size of roller, and my weight. I adjusted the rollers so that they spun freely with about 1mm of slop left to right. While on, the wheels spun for about 2 seconds with 400lbs of pressure per pedal. Maybe this idea would work better with skateboard bearings, but that's not what they used. After translating the manual, I'm still of the same opinion. 150.00 off eBay, your better with car jack stands and bike pegs.
