Ingredients: 40g Porridge Oats 5p 150g thick Yoghurt (Greek/Natural) 33p - I used Iceland own label yoghurt (bovaer free CW 002 dairy code Llaeth Y Llan Cyf Village Dairy Ltd) 2 large eggs 55p 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 8p 30g sugar (optional) 3p Total cost (not including toppings) £1.04 Toppings of your choice, I had greek style yoghurt with fresh raspberries - delicious Pop all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until fully combined. Pour into a non-stick greased pan, I used a 6 inch cake tin that fits Ninja AF400/451 drawers, I needed to line the bottom of mine as it wasn’t non stick. Worked well. Bake on BAKE setting 170c/340f for 18 to 25 mins depending on your AF, you may also need to flip for the last 10 mins. Once baked, leave to cool for just a few moments before enjoying with your toppings of choice.
As long as they are gluten free oats another good recipe for anyone following a gluten free diet, Thanks for you hard work,you are always so cheerful, ❤

Looks lovely and simple recipe to follow. I’m wondering if you could make in advance and have for a quick breakfast heated up in the microwave with honey and yogurt 😊.

I used To go slimming world and I often blitzed the oats until the texture of flour then made up a thick batter and cooked them in a waffle maker 😋
