By Swami's grace we had about 45-46 SSS Young Messengers participate in today's Ceiling on Desires The Sai Way Study Circle Satsang with Dr K Anil Kumar.
Today's Part 1 session was about Why Ceiling on Desires is important and how this helps in leading us to be desireless and thereby also liberate ourselves.
Spirituality is 3/4th Self-inquiry and 1/4th Sadhana.
We learnt how Swami shared about 6 advisors one should always keep with them - How, What, Why, (by) Whom, When and Where.
And 4 aspects to Ceiling on Desires -
Don't waste Time.
Don't waste Food.
Don't waste Money.
Don't waste Energy.
Desire vs Satisfaction
Reduce Bonding Desires and increase Nobel Desires.
