I love this! Laguna Niguel used to be amazing back in the 90s and early 2000s. It was affordable as well before the great migration to orange county and floods of people and businesses started to rise and it was a good thing at first but now, you really have to buy a home , townhome or condo to get your own parking spot. Time have changed since then. Orange county is predominantly White, Asian and Middle Eastern (in order of population by percentage). Lots of dentists in each block. Luxury apartments are everywhere. This was a great development back then and it was the place to relax. But folks who got the homes back in the 80s and 90s were the fortunate ones to have bought homes in OC for less and the new generation are enslaved by mortagages with high interest rates just to buy a home in OC. It is a great neighborhood if you have the money. If you join a community in laguna niguel, prepare to be secluded (especially if you are colored and a mother). The "mom brigades" here are notoriously racist towards non whites. If you are hispanic and a female, they instantly think you either A) you married a rich white man B) the rich white man married their cleaning lady. If you are a hispanic male, they know you have money but will still see you as someone who serves their fish tacos at Wahoo's during their ladies brunch dates. Overall, OC is a nice place to retire.
I find these drives much more interesting when they drive through actual neighborhood streets rather than just going along the main thoroughfares.
At the end you came very close to where I lived in Laguna Niguel, on Portland Place. I live back in Europe now, and your video made homesick. Thanks!

Nice video. Just a heads up, until you passed the 73 at about 36:30, you were actually in Laguna Hills. That was Nellie Gail Ranch, which is a very nice area, but not in Laguna Niguel.
