He started to play poor and got benched which lead to him having a go at the whole team just so they could have a reason to terminate his contract. Now before you guys start saying "They wouldn't have finished top 10 without him", It is true to a certain point but it doesn't excuse his behaviour and performance the season afterwards so imagine this: This is basically the equivalent of getting killed by the person who was last year your very best friend.
