- After allowing public circulation it's time to put Montreux 1995 DVD, the most famous Jamiroquai bootleg up on youtube, take it as an early Christmas present. Merry Xmas!
I mean, they have sax, trumpets, bongos, rhodes and a fucking DJ on the same stage, AND IT SOUNDS FUCKING AMAZING!!!! I can't stop saying that this is one of the greatest bands on earth.

This was 1995 in Montreux Switzerland at the Jazz Festival 😄 i was just 8 years old but my parents are Fans of them, so the took me and my sister to this concert 😁
The drum break is amazing....Derrick's hi-hat is second to none
Always loved this super groovy song, but just had to try a more open 8 beat fusion groove feel instead of the super-slick 32nd notes. Worked ok, enjoy! ✌🏻🤩

Best moment for jamiroquai history by far. This has never reached again by anybody.
This has never been released officially, the recording was kept in the vault of collectors for years and was considered to be the Holy Grail of all bootlegs with a "do not share" sticker on which was removed 3 years ago...

Holy ****, Adrian Revell tore it up on the saxophone. He turned this performance into a Jazz Fusion jam session. So amazing, those notes are sick!

Now Derrick is the only one left with JK. I still think Jamiroquai would have been so much bigger if Stu had of stayed. IMHO The music went downhill after Stu left. I can’t even listen to anything after travelling without moving.

@@joelgabriel well it takes quite a high level of composition knowledge and quality to make that kind of tunes
@@marton8288 but you're forgetting that the whole band were involved in the process through jam sessions. Specifically, the fantastic Toby Smith (credited as Kay's songwriter partner on first 4 albums) was vital to the chord progressions and harmonisation. And the immensely talented Stuart Zender wrote all those famous funky basslines that drive many of their best songs musically (Cosmic Girl, Space Cowboy, Mr Moon, Manifest Destiny, Travelling Without Moving, Alright, etc). Against that backdrop, Kay didn't really require any formal music training at all. He just needed to start vibing in the studio and the band would bring it altgether. Although he's undoubtedly a brilliant songwriter, sometimes I think of one his greatest talents was bringing together the team that is "classic Jamiroquai".

They are not going to release the show... These 4 tracks were broadcast by a small Italian channel in 1995, apart from this and from the SC on High Times DVD I'm not aware of any other tracks available.
Zsolt Horváth This 'small italian television' is the swiss state television which broadcasts many concerts of the montreux jazz festival. - in full lenght. Just sayin'......
