I'm with you on the addicted part. I'm watching this video to start making some tomorrow. I went through my craft closet and found all my beads. I cant sleep, my brain is going 100 miles a minute on what I want to make. Can't get enough. Haha atleast there's no calories in this cupcake.

Such an adorable pincushion. Just a suggestion, add beads after sewing top to sides, no problem using sewing machine. Making this for my daughter, a chocolate one. Thank you so much for all your beautiful creations, and free patterns.
What might work good for weight, are the glass flat marbles to put in vases for decorations. They have some that are about an 1 and 1/2 inches.

Hi Lisa, l have just put my first circle in and l followed you to the letter. I can not believe how easy l found it. I have always avoided doing anything that involved putting a circle in. I have also learned beaded blanket stitch and Stab stitch. I have also got the sewing machine pincushion cut out and the cuckoo clock ready to sew together. Thankyou for the free patterns. I also made a cushion with the camper van on the front and the beaded Xmas tree is almost finished. I love your work and l hope to do some more of the quilted panels. X

I finally found the cotton woven interfacing, what a difference it makes for turning the sewn pieces. Not very expensive either, i bought a few yards,next payday, I'm yards, a lot more to have ready.

I just made my first one today. They are sew cute. I actually did really good on pinning the cake part on the cup. It fit perfectly. Yes I'm proud of myself for the accomplishment. Haha. If anyone sells these, don't cut yourself short on pricing. They may be small, but they are a lot of detailed work. It's hard not to over decorated them, because they need to be able to have pins in them. Haha

I made one yesterday, but it seems to be a bit smaller. My printer probably didn't print size right. Another issue I had, is the clear fabric glue I used on the base, for some reason dried white on a pink felt. I just covered it with a small felt circle. Oh well I think the felt may have been too thin. I will try double felt next time. I want to make some more. They are too cute. But I think I want to try the snail next. Haha

Hi Dawn , welcome to my studio! I generally prefer to work with a washable acrylic blend felt for most of my projects, my supplier is here in Australia and they do ship overseas.
