Hello, is there a function in the remote control that shows a low battery level or is there another way to show a low battery level? And one more question: is the water shooting function available immediately or do I need to buy something else?
You need to buy the water pump for the water cannon to work. Theyr is no function on the remote that shows the battery voltage. The boat will run for an hour or so on a 6000mah pack
@@MrMad2424 ok. and does it slow down when the battery runs out or will it stop immediately because in my trx4 the car slows down when the battery runs out
Nice. Just did a brushless conversion on a proboat react 17 and man this thing has wayyyy more power than it needs on 3s. I'm eventually gong to do some gps speed runs.
Warning for anyone purchasing this boat. The universal drive shaft joint will strip the first time the prop hits a weed and it raps the shaft. Really doesn't take much resistance before you need a rescue boat to get your rescue boat. Other than that weakness, a fantastic rescue boat. Horizon needs to fix the joint. This is not an inexpensive boat.
@@MrMad2424 I was really surprised how quickly mine stripped out. Both the brass and plastic stripped. JB Weld fix it.. Check out my cool flip with the 42. th-cam.com/video/i8s1rIEB5Pw/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for sharing mate! Finally gave in and just bought the #Proboat Horizon Harbor 30" Tug Boat from #HorizonHobby for my main retrieval boat for #MissGeico Twin 36'', #BlackJack42'' and my #TFL Hydro 36'' speed boats. I'm also going to adding on board remote wireless little camera so I can see where i will be going from shore..
whats up my man ,i know that you have the motley crew boat by aquacraft. what i want to know is were can i get parts for it because i have one just sitting in my shad for the last two years. its such a nice looking boat just going to waste so i want to get it runing.
@@davidray3855 Prather 220 or a x442 Octura. I think that boat has a 4mm prop shaft if so you'll need an adapter to take up the slack so you can use the 3/16 size props. OSE sells the adapters search 4mm to 3/16 prop shaft adapter. Or just change out the prop shaft to 3/16. Good luck with it.
Seeing the Atlantic Tug makes me wish Aquacraft never went away. Sometimes I think they had better boats than ProBoat given the technology at the time.
Hi MrMad2424, the hatches of this tug boat can be easily sealed with tape and even the big hatch, if you would craft a simple plastic lid for it and then you'll have a pretty much storm proof tug boat. I can promise you, that it's great fun to sail a storm proof tug boat on a windy day with nice waves. And you can produce really nice looking videos with it. It's so much more, than a recovery boat, but the biggest fun isn't at first glimpse that obvious. I've simply copying my comment from video to video, because I'm hoping to see one day ta video about this model in big waves. I have made my Baltimore storm proof and it's really great fun to run it in big waves. I just got a link to this video here: th-cam.com/video/cS76pOw02ls/w-d-xo.html
😂😂 It'd cost 25 bucks to make just the retrieval pvc float. If i save one boat then its worth $the cost of the boat it saved. You might check walmart may have one in your price range.

Brushless upgrades are fun for sure.

That's Awesome. Congrats on the boat.
I've ordered one and am going to strip all the deck stuff and I'm going to use it to launch my surf fishing bait.
That's awesome. Congrats on the boat.
Don't you have a mini cam compatible with goggles on yours? If so can you put a link where to buy?
No, unfortunately I do not have a fpv cam for the rescue rig.
Nice video!!!
Thanks Big bro.

Www.offshoreelectrics.com should have what you need as far as electronics and rudder hardware.
Thanks I'll check it out.

No I don't have that boat.
Just wondering what size prop to get

They are awesome rescue boats but have to be very careful handling it. I have mine on hand even with my self-righting boats.
Yes, very true! Self righters break down also for sure.

Love that boat. It's great.
👍🏾💯🔥
Thanks Big Bro!
Its tooo damn much for a recovery boat in my opinion ! But its the only one proboat is pushing so 🤷🏽♂️
One rescue of your expensive boat and its paid for itself. Kinda like buying car insurance if you look at it that way.
