900ml is the perfect size for two mountain house meals. I have one that's nearly identical to this one from Lixada (an Aliexpress purchase) but has the longer handles. It fits a toaks small woodstove inside just fine. I mostly swap back and forth between using the toaks wood stove, and a ti firebox nano with this pot. Love the wider base, it allows me to use my homemade side burner alcohol stove for a 2 cup boil time under 6 mins. One thing I did was drill out the center hole in the lid to allow for better straining if I was making noodles or made rice with a bit too much water.
Looks a good piece of kit. I've got the MSR titan, which is brilliant, but I do like the idea of having a bail. I'm currently waiting on the toaks 550ml which will fit inside and still take the trangia burner inside it. By the sound of things, I'd have been cheaper buying the three items from these guys!
Mine arrived a couple of days ago. Haven’t used it yet but it’s so light and strong and feels of high quality. Great review btw. I’m from Scotland 🏴 too 😉
Do they use any other metals in this pot? often titanium cookware is mixed with copper or aluminum. Does it say on the box? Also, do you think this pot is too big for backpacking around the world for long periods? I'm thinking this size might be good for making coffee and pasta when I have company on the road. Ta muchly!
As far as I am aware it is just titanium, I find it perfect for backpacking and normally put pasta and things into the pot before I leave then whilst boiling the water put the pasta in the mesh bag it comes with. It is so versatile as if you just want a coffee it's also perfect.
@@Macoutdoors361 Cheers buddy. OK so if you were solo traveling around Asia for a year, would you pack the 750ml or the 900ml?? I only want one and can't decide which to buy. I reckon I would be using it for tea/coffee every day and also for noodles/pasta when off for day/night treks. In terms of fitting it in my backpack, if you turn the 750 on it's side, it's probably roughly the same as the 900? Cheers
th-cam.com/video/62SWbLZ-T1M/w-d-xo.html i use the 750ml in this video, I would say if it was just you the 750 ml would be fine but if you ever needed to cook noodles or pasta for 2 it would be to small. I take full advantage of the 900 ml and pack it with gear whether it be food or headtorch etc.
Good review. Silly question maybe...... but does the 750ml pot fit inside the 900ml pot at all? Just thought having the two might give you extra options at meal times?

So true it's just perfect!
I think I may actually buy one of these. Thanks Will!
Brilliant 😀

I've been blown away by the quality of their gear but the cost is amazing as well. Bagles fit perfectly inside it 😀
Good review and channel. Really enjoyed watching and subbed you. Thanks Steve
Thanks, very much appreciated 👍

I couldn't get over the weight, I have used it a lot now and well impressed. Take care.
@@Macoutdoors361 It’s lite as a feather 🪶 sitting in my bug out bag lol
Hope you enjoy it 😀

Hi Neil the 750 is taller than the 900 version so does not fit flush.
Hi Does the 750 pot fit inside the 900 Height wise in the carry sack? I mean if you were taking both on a trip.
No the 750ml is taller.
Do your curent restrictions allow for nights away from home??
In my area we are at the lowest level so for now yes we can.
Nice pot. You’d get a fine cup of coffee out of that!!
Hot chocolate 👍
