0:15that i haven't post so i did with
0:17charles barcode grab handles power cord
0:20handles is awesome for survival knives
0:23for survival axis achiara and it's very
0:27useful better grip on your knife and
0:30also you can use the hope in any
0:32survival situation set up your top set
0:35up your harmonic whatever many many uses
0:38for barcode well let's check out this
0:40handle knob and chances going to show us
0:42how to do it basically fold it the links
0:45for a little bit longer than handle and
0:47you take the longer side pull it over
0:50and then around and you make a bite on
0:59the side like that and you put it
1:01through this loop right here like that
1:04and then you pull the top part just a
1:08little bit to cinch it up you put your
1:11finger on it right there so it doesn't
1:13come undone and then on this side you
1:15make another bite
1:17put it through that loop and then again
1:21pull the top part so it cinches up that
1:26loop just a little bit and then have
1:30another loop there so get some right
1:35there to keep it from coming unraveled
1:36and then you put another by around the
1:40other side again through that loop and
1:44then you pull the top court again to
1:46cinch it up and what you get a further
1:48down you can you can come back and and
1:50cinch it all down
1:51even better you keep doing that
1:55basically all the way down the handle
2:02it takes a while but once it's done it's
2:08a lot better for deployment and i'll
2:10show you that at the end

2:37it seems simple to once you get it it's
2:48a problem right
2:50yeah it's just more difficult in the
2:52beginning because nasty now I don't even
2:53have to hold it it holds itself
2:56wow that is so to all right because it's
3:15taking so long i'm just going to end it
3:16here but once you get to the bottom of
3:19this piece that's coming out under
3:21underneath the other ones just basically
3:23loop it through there and you pull that
3:25and then you can you can break this
3:29together and make a tassel you can cut
3:30it off and melt it however you want
3:33alright once you actually need to deploy
3:34the paracord all you gotta do is undo
3:37this little loop right here pull that
3:39piece out and then this piece all you
3:41got to do is pull it and it just comes
3:45right off
3:46boom
3:56while they look so

What products do you use to make your head literally reflect?
So i gave this style a good go, I wrapped 2 katana, 1 tanto and 2 re-curve knifes, all of then had core slip while in use, and one of the Katana's even had the core bunch up on the rear half of the handle, making it impossible to perform a clean cut. The wrap i normally use a modified version of the cobra wrap, with the 2 internal strands been completely separate from the rest of the cord, which means you can deploy the cord within a few seconds. That said, i do like the pattern this wrap gives to the handle, sadly its just not tight enough for me to use in a practical application.
Can you show us a closer look on how you wrapped the handle

question do you pour hot water over the cord after the wrap to help it tighten up? I use this cord for fishing rod grips

Sorry, but the background you are filming on dosen't show the process very good. You need a white background to show the correct notting better. I enjoy your videos a lot but this instructions are kind of cloudy. I'd consider remaking the video.

About how many hours of use do you get before you have to redo it. I just bought timber ninja machette it fell apart instintally gonna redo rope I think it was just wrapped around though
or you can just wrap it around and be done with it in 2 minutes :P but seriously, that's a cool technique, looks complicated at first but it's basically just the same motion left and right over and over again.
Maybe an expert can tell me if this has any significant advantages to just coiling the cord tightly around the handle and securing it with a knot from unravelling prematurely.

Not if you start it and end it properly! I have done the simple wrap on many survival knives and axes with paracord and other cords and they dont come undone or loose.
Start by running a straight length up the entire length of the handle then start wrapping from the end you stop at when you are done cut it off about a half the length of the handle the with a pick tuck that length behind everything you wrapped on the same side you ran your first straight length up.. It takes some time and practice but works very well! I have done this A lot! TIP: when wrapping the handle make it tight BUT NOT so tight you cant fit the thickness of the cord behind it! I hope this helps you! :)
